라 퀸타 인 산타 페(La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Santa Fe)

It was a nice stay but they rushed us out the room and threatened to call the police when it was clear nost of our bags were already good to go and brought them outside to show them

Overall curb appeal not great. Room was clean, but maintenance was lacking a bit. Our sink was stopped up. We let the front desk know and she said she would send someone over. We left for the day and when we came back that night it had not been fixed. I mentioned it again the next morning at checkout and she said oh.

The walking pathways were filthy and so were the door mats, the elevator smelled like urine and was filthy. There was a camper truck in the back lot where my room was and looked like a homeless person lived there. My tv did not work and there was no wi fi. I felt very unsafe there. The room looked clean but I left immediately and went to the comfort in. My needs were met and I felt safe there. I was appalled. I called the next day to let them know how I felt and to refund my money, I did not get a response.

There always attentive and respectful, communicate very well. They always make sure that you are always comfortable.

Waited for 25 minutes at the front desk to check in. Apparently very little staff and the front desk guy had to leave to help someone.

Exterior of the building was in deteriorated condition, which I noticed at multiple LaQuinta locations built in a time frame where all the rooms open onto outside balconies and the construction is concrete block. The balconies and stairs are deteriorated. There was a car under my window that the alarm went off for about 4 hours before someone came and reset it, not the hotel's fault. Overall acceptable, but not the greatest. It was reasonably quiet otherwise,

The sink in unit 218 did not drain, in the morning the shower handles did not work got hot but no cold or cold and no hot. The tube had water trapped between the floor and tub and flooded bathroom. Someone must have compliant prior to me having the room assigned but they still rented it out. NOT HAPPY. they did offer another room for the next night but no compensation.

There was hair on the bed sheets, comforter and pillows. There was also stains on the sheets. Was very uncomfortable. Loud music was playing across the hall and did not stop until late into the night.

The clerk who checked us in was the nicest guy! Unfortunately, the property is really showing its age.
