라 페를라 호텔(La Perla Hotel)

Der Name des Hotels sagt alles, es ist eine Perle, alle geben hier ihr allerbestes! Der Pool ist groß und bietet für alle eine kühle Erfrischung. Gleich daneben ist ein kleines Haus, wo allabendlich Sandwiches, Pomes,... sowie ein kühles Blondes der Region auf Wunsch gereicht wird. Hängematten laden zum Relaxen ein. Das Frühstück wird von einer sehr netten Köchin aufgetragen. Wer trotzdem noch etwas möchte, kann sich tagsüber Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Der Parkplatz befindet sich innerhalb des bewachten Grundstück und ist wie das WLAN gratis.

A lovely spot on the edge of town, great place to recharge or base a winetasting trip. Don’t miss a dip in the pool on a hot day - so refreshing!

Excellent friendly staff! Grounds are well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Good breakfast - lacks a bar (but can buy drinks from reception). We had a balcony room - was great but decor slightly dated. We hired bikes from hotel (okay and came with helmets) - it is about 40 mins cycle to main wineries - sadly some of the route is fast roads (Uber is very cheap however). Would stay here again!

We stayed here and unfortunately the hotel did not match the reviews. We got to the hotel and checked in quickly, but after arriving and a long day of travelling we wanted to freshen up in the Whirlpool bath we specifically booked. Unfortunately there was no hot water. I raised this immediately to reception who spent the next 2 hours tryingto fix it without luck. I asked to be moved rooms and they did not allow this, despite there only being 3 other rooms booked in that day (out of at least 12) I was promised it would be fixed, but it never did. The bathroom had serious signs of damp and was permanently cold, and at no point during our stay did we get hot water. Upon checkout the hotel tried to charge even more than the booked rate on ********** at which point I had to negotiate them down to a lower rate and this took over 30 minutes to complete. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, but really moving me to another room that worked would have been the most helpful thing they could do, or just allow me to stay in another hotel. The rate I paid was still far too much and if you're paying full price, don't bother it isn't justified.

A small hotel that makes you feel at home with amenities for the few in the hotel. Service and attention amazing. Not the greatest dining spot.

Nice Boutique Hotel in Santa Cruz. Small and very family friendly.

Cuando se describe la ubicación del hotel cercano al centro de la ciudad, la información es falsa pues la distancia es lejana y no se puede llegar caminando. El altillo de la tercera cama es muy incómodo y mal diseñado, pues encima de la cama hay vigas de techo muy cercanas, que deben esquiv**** para no golpe**** en la cabeza

Hotel confortável e limpo. Decoração muito intensa Jardim agradável. Piscina boa. Café da manhã bom. Estacionamento seguro. Banheira de hidro não funciona satisfatoriamente. Agia demora a esquentar. Frigobar muito barulhento no quarto

Hotel bem antigo. No cafe da manha só fazem ovos mexidos, Pedi um omelete e me disse que não podia fazer. Definitivamente não vale o valor pago, deveria ser muito mais em conta.
