호텔 산타 크루즈 플라자(Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza)

Nice Hotel, with a delicious breakfast. Good spa with reconfortable massages. Unicación optima, en la Plaza de Armas de Santa Cruz. Muy interesantes museos y por su puesto las visitas a llas viñas, con muy buenos vinos. El valle de Colchagua es una zona hermosa que vales la pena conocer.

We stayed four nights in a suite with balcony. We wanted to explore the local vineyards in the area and it was a great base to do that. Front desk organised a driver and guide to take us to two nearby, which was great. The breakfast is very extensive and had items that we had not come across during our three weeks in Chile. The hotel is a little dated in places but it's unique and it's also charming. For us it beats a chain hotel anyday. The staff were lovely and helpful and the grounds are very pleasant. It was interesting to people watch too as it seemed to be a place where buyers came to stay and were wined and dined by the various vineyards. Not a lot of competition means it's not amazing value but we enjoyed our stay. It's in walking distance to bars and restaurants and the local museum which is very interesting (Colchagua Museum.)

The maintenance of the rooms were extremely poor. Both of air conditioning units in the two rooms we stayed in were broken. The lock on one of the doors was broken, so no room key card or other form of security was necessary to enter the room. There were dead spiders in both of the rooms open initial entry.

Worst experience ! First and last time in this hotel ! We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and the room was not ready. We were asked to leave our luggage at the reception and come back after lunch. On our return the luggage had disappeared and no one knew where it was and no one was responsible. After an hour and a half of searching everywhere and trying to talk to the manager who never showed up or called, we found out that our bags were arriving in Santiago. Some clients took them by mistake and no one at the hotel took responsibility. So we had to cancel our stay of several days and go get our bags ourselves where they were with our laptops and other valuables. It is surprising the lack of empathy and willingness on the part of the hotel management to solve the problem forcing us to cancel our vacation and go to solve this problem that was not caused by us.

A great Hotel! This hotel is in the city center, next to central square and principal church. It has a connection with Colchagua ****** and Colchagua Museum, two very interesting places to visiting. If you be guest of the Hotel, the ticket to ****** are free.

It has a perfect location, the breakfast is great. I had the opportunity to have dinner at the restaurant and also a good experience, the food and service was great. The room was very clean and had all the I need. My only observation is that you can hear a lot of noise from outside the room, and also from the room next door. But other than that I recommend it.

a very pleasant stay with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. if you come by car on a busy weekend, you may have trouble in parking inside and will need valet parking to park the car at a secure outside facility from the same hotel. to get it next morning may take a while.

Nice place to stay. Inka SPA offers excellent services. Very good breakfast. This hotel is an excellent option for those that wanna relax a little and enjoy the beauties of Santa Cruz and its surroundings.

It needs maintenance, the whole place was dirty, stains on the carpet, the walls. There was dust everywhere. The pool was dirty I never heard the pump run. Also the towels were awful hard they need to get better quality of towels. But the one good thing was the employees very helpful and if I needed anything I would get it
