어반 아나가 호텔(Urban Anaga Hotel)

Hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación muy amplia con balcón. Hay calles paralelas en las cueles se puede aparcar. Cama cómoda aunque las almohadas son todas diferentes.

Hotel fascinante, ubicado en pleno centro de la capital de tenerife. Muy buena atención en recepción y limpieza adecuada. Muebles y decoración moderna.

Stayed only for one night on a Monday. We had a room on the inside of the building, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep. Breakfast is nothing special but all and all just fine! Location is great within close range to the bus terminal and the city centre, just how we liked it.

Urban hotel with all the pros and cons of it's location Cons: Doesn't matter the floor or facing what you get noise: elevator, the tram (right in front of hotel), the own bar (roof and street level), the people from the nearby bars... There is just no escape. NOTE: we stayed there as a working crew so this comes from all types of rooms options available. Pros: Staff is lovely Cool/Instagramable lobby Locations is good if you don't mind noise Wouldn't choose to stay here unless I was looking to party myself

We arrived late night at hotel, it took us a little longer for check-in since the receptionist was going somewhere for taking care of the other guests. Once we arrived the room, I was surprised by how big the room was and it has everything. A small kitchen in the corner with electric stove, a little sofa bed, a crib - because we had this trip with our baby, and the bathroom was pretty large also. Only one thing that I missed - I hope one day they will have bidè then it will be just perfect 🤩 but overall, it was perfect

I booked a deluxe room for a one night stay. I was given room 609 on the sixth floor. The room was fine however there is a rooftop bar on floor 7. The noise from the bar above was horrendous. I called reception at 11.30pm to ask when it would close and I was told 4am! They did move me to a room on floor 2 which was a lot quieter. It was not a deluxe room but I was just glad to be able to sleep.

We were so excited to stay here. As we arrived, our room was dirty. So dirty that we asked for a room change. Luckily the hotel did that. The room was quite okay, but not great - you can’t find slippers , the ac is weird - either too hot or too cold. Although the pillows were amazing. The MOST disgusting experience was the breakfast . Eggs were cold and nasty , very greasy, not a lot of food left. All bread and pastries were hard as rocks and very old and dry. The staff lady was rude, very LOUD ( she was driving her loud cart in the middle of the room). Guys, do better. It really started the day on a bad note. All in all, if you can, choose another hotel.

Immediately when me and my SO arrived I was informed that "there was no booking in my name". I showed them the booking made on an external website but they insisted. At first; I was annoyed because I thought that they were right - I believed them and thought that the external site might had scammed me somehow. However; when I contacted the external site they said that this was not the case. They had in fact made the booking. It was just the Urban Anaga staffs incompetence that had caused this issue. They even confirmed that there had been a mistake when I contacted them over email after my stay (which I paid twice). They then asked for the card with which I've paid in the reception as they wanted to refund me. Which I did. But they still refused to pay, it said it was made by another card even if I spent alot of time to insist over many emails providing original receipts and bank statements. I said that they need to solve this as the problem is on their side but they simply ignored my emails. After several months I received the refund because I disputed the payment at my credit card provider. 1/5 won't recommend
