We love the options of the breakfast and the attention by Flor was the best! She was so attendant and help us in everything

The hotel is brand new in Santa Cruz. The breakfast was really good. They had an assortment of teas, amazing coffee. Try their omelette it was really good. The pillows were so fluffy and everything was so clean. Flor the waitress was very cordial and always accommodated us with the best when it came to serving.

Excellent service, 100% recommended, spectacular breakfast with a varied buffet and personalized attention, with a comfortable and very well decorated environment, the staff is very friendly, especially Flor in the lobby and in the restaurant.

When I have been to visit this Hotel, I don´t looked forward the best experience of my life, because all things were so great, we stayed in confortables room and we ate delicious food and also in the night we could listen 2 big musicians... I think everything was really very nice in this place.

Great place to go with friends, we had a great time, the food was delicious, we were gladly surprised by the presentation and taste of it and there is much to see, the band had a great sound. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. Don't know how to use the TV, but everything else is fine

Excellent service!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are great and restaurant service is outstanding— especially breakfast. Javier is always attentive as a bartender or waiter. Food is about a B grade but nice to have available without leaving the hotel.

Nice, clean and well organized hotel. The staff is highly educated and kind! This food options are amazing, extremely well prepared, offering you a great in-place gastronomic experience. They have a taxi service always available at the hotel's door.

Great alternative. Good food, drinks, working space AND feee parking. In other words, They offer everything you need on a short business trip and nothing else. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help and go the extra mile Tom Ake sure your doing ok !
