I booked rooms for my entire team on a work trip. The wifi didn't work, and they could not get it to work for anyone on my team. On the last day, they told me they had a separate password we could use.
The TV didn't work in my room, and maintenance came twice to try and fix it. They didn't speak any English, and they were holding the door to my room open late at night. I told them to forget about it by the third time they came. Did not feel safe or supported by the staff. Was not offered a new room, a discount or anything, I expressed that I was upset and they did not care.
