This was our third visit to the adults part of the hotel and there are so many reasons we keep returning. This hotel really offers five star amenities and service but in a relaxed and friendly style. Rooms are light and airy with a massive bed. The minibar is always stocked and it’s lovely to have a cold coke after a hard day’s sunbathing. The food here really is wonderful! The multiple options resulted in a five pound weight gain! There is something for everyone and the meal we had in The Green and Grill was excellent. The quality of ingredients is amazing and I loved being able to have things like smoked tuna and Wakame! The selection of drinks is huge and if it’s not on the menu, just ask as they’ll make it for you! The staff really make this place! I love yoga and the daily 9am sessions with Marina were a real treat! Lovely Donna at the pool bar, Fabiola who is such a joy and Welsh Miguel are just a few of the staff who make this place so special. Entertainment options are great! The in house singers are amazing and work so hard. Local acts are varied and there are multiple options depending on your mood. I loved the big show nights too! It was lovely to see some hotel cats appear this season too! Only two tiny things which could be improved. More seating in the adult’s only area! After dinner we could never find a seat to watch the entertainment. Last year there was an amazing pianist who would play before dinner, I wonder if this could return? This hotel just keeps getting better and really does offer 5 star luxury on the beautiful island of Mallorca! I’m already counting down to my next visit in August! Thank you to all of the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make this a truly special place.

We would highly recommend this hotel. We have just stayed for 5 days in the adult only circular building, we had a swim up room. Hotel is super clean, very friendly staff, food choice is extensive, pools very clean. We enjoyed the daily classes of Pilates & the meditation class was excellent. Will definitely return 10/10

Food great, lots of choice and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, little poolside service bordering on no existant at certain times of the afternoon. Queried with staff who explained they were short staffed.

We stayed in April in the adults section. We had a fantastic holiday and could not fault anything. Staff are so hard working and are really friendly especially the lovely Fabi working in the piano bar . The food is lovely and so much choice . Our room was comfortable and clean. The location is also good . We will be returning very soon

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a five star establishment, the property is of a high standard and has all the amenities that you would be looking for in your next trip to Majorca. The rooms are as good as Ive ever had , they are modern and well equipped. The hotel and grounds are extremely well maintained and superbly clean. The staff are fantastic and do go that extra mile, in fact I feel that they really do care about making your holiday memorable. When we arrived we we had a slight issue in the buffet restaurant but the management team took my comments on board and made a few slight changes. The results were amazing, it was refreshing to see a team that listen to their customers. (Why we are open the subject of food, the desserts in this are off the scale good, Im not a big sweet fan but they are far too good miss). So a big thank you to Chey (I probably haven't spelt this correctly) he is a credit to the TUI Blue Hotel chain. He not only fixed my original concern but was assertive and proactive , you cannot ask for more! His management team are exactly the same ,so refreshing. This hotel has pulled out all the stops, so what you waiting for , book it !!!

Top notch all inclusive resort for both adults and families. We stayed with the family section in a Junior Suite with large terrace and we’re so glad we booked the extra space. We had our own extensive terrace area which was safe, secure and perfect for our two year old to run around and play. It also meant we were able to sit out on the terrace once baby was down and could easily hop over to grab drinks from the bar! The pools were a little chilly but expected for that time of year. It didn’t stop is getting in. The hotel was immaculate and the room had loads of space and storage. The staff were incredibly helpful and the baby club was brilliant. Brand new facility and lots to play with. We put our 2 year old in for a two hour slot and they loved it! It was great to have a couple of hours to ourselves knowing that our baby was happy and safe. They also do a stay and play so if you’re wondering, then you can go yourself with your baby and check it out. The food was great, the chefs and waiting staff did a great job of providing variation each day and keeping the place clean. Top quality drinks and cocktails a plenty! Having a coffee shop on site was also a massive bonus. Great coffee and pastries. We managed to get to the adult section on one of the days whilst baby was in baby club. It was very chic, well designed and lovely pool. Just lacked a bit of atmosphere for us but I guess we weren’t looking for peace and serenity. If you are then it’ll definitely tick all of the boxes. We both had massages at the spa which were very relaxing, highly recommend. Entertainment was great for kids and adults. Lots of fun and hats off to the entertainment staff. Musicals night was fantastic! All in all, not a thing we’d change and would highly recommend!

My wife and I are leaving today after a great 8 nights at this lovely resort. We stayed in the adults only section with a swim out room (Room 158). We’ve had a lovely time and would love to return. Due to the time of year and it being very early in the season there were some days of bad weather but we made the most of these and went on trips. The location of the hotel is very good and nearby bus routes (to Palma or Porto Cristo) and a supermarket. We made great use of the free facilities at the spa - these include a huge hydrotherapy suite and different types of sauna. Staying for 8 nights meant we could book 3 visits to the speciality restaurants which we booked on our first day having looked at the app before we arrived to decide which days we would prefer to eat in the specialities. We would advise booking as early as possible if you prefer a particular time. We ate in the Italian twice and in the Indian restaurant once. Both were very nice. The buffet has a theme night each day which you can view in the app. I can’t stress this enough - the desserts in the adults only buffet are amazing - 10/10! We’ve travelled a lot and the desserts in All Inclusive hotels often miss the mark, but these are something else! The adults only area is great and is quite unique compared to other resorts we have stayed at. It’s all very modern and new which was great. The swim up pool was heated and warm enough to use everyday. The pool is shared between 4 rooms - we had great neighbours which made the pool even better. The deck got the sun until about 4.30pm but there was always the option of going down to the adults pool if you wanted to sunbathe for even longer. There is a good schedule of entertainment with a quiz each night. Shout out to Andrea from the bar team who always gave exceptional service with a smile. The presence of the hotel manager is very unique to this hotel and is something which made our holiday even more special knowing that management really wanted us to have a good time. His familiarity with the guests is great and shows how caring this place is which makes us want to return.

The previous reviews sum up the hotel perfectly. It really is as good as people say My wife and I had a swim up suite in the family area of the hotel. Room was clean spacious and had nice touches such as the mini bar stocked daily with pop and water Food was fresh and delicious at all serving and the themed evening meals were a good idea A lot of hotel reviews always seem to single out individual staff members as being ‘more attentive’, however at this hotel I couldn’t as every single staff member is so friendly, wants to help and do all they can to make your stay special All in all a brilliant holiday experience and I would definitely return

We’ve just got back from this lovely hotel and definitely weren’t ready to leave!! The food in the main restaurant is great and lots of choice. The staff are also super friendly. We had a junior suite with sliding doors and it was really spacious, had two balconies and was very clean. The mini fridge in the room is replenished every day with branded soft drinks and water. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. You can use some of the facilities at a neighbouring hotel such as tennis courts. There’s also a spa that you can use once a day and a good sized gym. Our kids (3 and 7) loved the children’s evening entertainment. Sa Coma is a nice resort with a great beach. The water stays quite shallow until you’re further out and is beautifully clear. The hotel is in a fairly quiet part of town which we liked but is close to shops/restaurants and is very walkable. We got the little land train to Cala Millor one morning and then walked back. There are free bikes to use outside the hotel and a great cycle path which takes you all round the coast. Overall, a fabulous hotel and we would definitely return.
