What a beautiful and entrancing hotel! Evidently, great care has been taken to create what has become a truly alive, characterful environment that naturally appeals to the senses. There is exquisite organic and man-made beauty both in the public spaces and the the rooms themselves, each one a unique work of art. Upon arrival I immediately felt a sense of calm and an air reassuringly devoid of stuffiness. Throughout, the staff did a sterling job catering to my needs (even in ill health) and I was allowed to regress into the type of demanding guest I like to be. One more of those lovely freshly-squeezed orange juices over here please!!! I am now eagerly awaiting a return to this enchanting Ibiza getaway for another dose of sunny and smiley rejuvenation :-)

Attention Horrible customer service. They are cool for whatsapp discussions but to execute what they write in chat, is it horrible? I have been fighting with them for over a month to get a refund for a canceled reservation They are thieves and liars..

I came in to have lunch on my way to Ses Salinas beach. I heard most places had already shut down end of season on the beach so tried this place. Looked very pretty and inviting and seemed promising at first… I had to wait ages for someone to bring a menu having had to ask for one in the first place. I asked about the Chicken Caesar Salad… if it was with hot grilled chicken. I ordered it as she said yes. When it came I had 4-5 thin slivers of cold tasteless chicken slices on top of an unappealing salad with a dollop of dressing on top! Not happy, I told one of the waitresses that the chicken was cold? She was defensive with me and said that was standard for the dish (which is rubbish!) The other waitress was just as rude saying I’d asked about another Chicken dish??! Eventually I was offered to change to the other hot grilled chicken dish, which was bland dull unimaginative and a very small piece of Chicken with a heap of boring boiled potatoes! Definitely will never return!!!

They debited my account without even asking they charged my account €200 for a broken mirror in the bathroom when it was where they had fitted the mirror right behind the bathroom door that the bathroom steel handle hit when the door opened they never asked for a explanation and we weren’t even aware it had hit the mirror & smashed it but still proceeded to charge €200 without my permission when I asked why they still had my card details & who gave them permission the receptionist said she was just doing as she was told! Be vigilant

It was a great space, however when I booked it said it included breakfast, but when we were there was told it wasn’t and we’d have to pay extra. I’ve tried to get in touch and have had my email ignored. I don’t feel like it was worth the money for the stay only, especially as there’s not many options for breakfast in other places. Very misleading and I wouldn’t return for that reason. We were really impressed with the man who looked after us at dinner. He was really friendly and welcoming.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel run by the loveliest people, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to accommodate the 50th birthday party celebrations and our group of 21 who took over the whole hotel. The place is beautiful in its simplicity and laid back charm.

We had the most wonderful time here, the hotel has been newly renovated and is simply stunning. Bedrooms are all unique and beautifully decorated, the bed and pillows the most comfortable I've slept on. We travelled with a group of friends and were welcomed with open arms by the owner and wonderful staff, a huge thank you to Freyah, Barbara and everyone else at BHS who were so accommodating and helpful in every way. The hotel prepared delicious tapas and an incredible birthday cake for our group, the food here is wonderful and we will most definitely be back! ❤️

21 friends gathered at BHS for a 5 day 50th birthday celebration. Rooms were clean and beautifully simple with gorgeous decor. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, anything we asked was never too much trouble. Beach is 8 min walk away. All of us agreed we would be back.
