"Everything you need plus an excellent spa. The rooms are very practical, spaciuous enough with lot of room to store your belongings. Bathroom is perfect. Commity room is hospitable and practical for playing games and sit with your company. Breakfast is superb and very well managed. The spa was an absolute bonus."

"We have stayed at Kaiserfels for the last few years and 2026 did not disappoint! We spent the first week of Feb here with friends and family (8 in total). The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, assisting with lift passes and also taxis as required. Rooms are very clean and have good storage, excellent showers and comfortable beds/pillows. The rooms are warm but the window is easily left open if fresher/cooler air is desired. - worked well for us. The food (buffet) is of a superb standard and there is always a huge range of choice. The restaurant staff are cheerful and chatty, it is nice to have the same person all week - Simos was very obliging and lovely to talk to. He remembered our drink orders/preferences immediately. The boot room is ideal for drying/storing your equipment and this hotel is definately ski in/out with the gondula just out the back of the bar. My only negative point is that the hotel bar is a little warm for us in the evenings but there was the option of sitting in the reception area - or using the 'Rock bar' situated at the rear of the hotel. All in all a wonderful stay yet again and we will be returning - thank you!"

"We would thoroughly recommend staying in this hotel. The family that run it are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is spotless and the staff are lovely. We had a room with a balcony which was very nice with a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The towels were changed daily. We stayed half board which was excellent. The breakfast was very nice with a choice of fresh fruit, cheese/ham, bread rolls, pastries or cooked breakfast. Dinner was also excellent serving a starter, salad bar, soup, main course, sweet and a glass of wine/beer/soft drink. We couldn't fault it. The guest card was also an added bonus allowing us to have a trip on the gondola, visit to the beautiful swimming pool complex and a train journey to Kitzbuhel all free of charge. Saint Johann itself is very pretty. Lovely walks along the river and the town is nice. it's about a 10 minute easy walk from the hotel into the town."
