Not to mention, the property sits on an acre lot with beautiful landscaping and lots of privacy. There is also an outdoor bar with heaters, a sports court for basketball lovers, and an outdoor shower. New fire pit coming for summer pics to follow! Other perks include central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, water filtration system, Peloton bike, beach chairs and corn hole boards.This 2500+ square foot home features 4 bedrooms on the second floor; one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom/twin top, one bedrooms has a full bed and twin bunk beds, and there are two rooms with queen beds. There’s a full bathroom upstairs as well.The first floor features a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, adjacent to a master bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and laundry. It is also attached to an office space that is furnished with a crib.Additional first-floor features include an original eat-in kitchen that has been recently upgraded, while still keeping that Cape Cod charm and design from a local builder.
