An unforgettable experience, and an immersion in history, not only with the renovated château itself but with each room beautifully decorated and furnished to illustrate a particular character or event associated with local history. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, with copious buffet breakfast and supper options, served in cosily stylish surroundings. Highly recommended too for its situation, equidistant from Chartres and from the remarkable town of Châteaudun, with its impressive castle, cobbled streets and multitude of historic houses.

Fabulous stop over. Stunningly decorated rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful showers and bathrooms in a really beautiful restored French Chateau. Samantha, Timmo and Guillaume could not have been more accommodating of our very large family group and did everything they could to help us. Mini pigs and goats in the grounds for the kids to feed and a bar that stays open for the older kids / adults. Breakfast was really good as well. We will be back….

Wonderfully hospitable owner/host who, I believe, has only been in situ for a year and so is working very hard on upgrading the wonderful old building. We stayed in a dog appropriate room which was clean and functional. That said, I was lucky enough to see two of the newly renovated bedrooms in the main house, and they are very tastefully done and extremely interesting. Unfortunately the only food available was a Meat or Cheese Platter. There is no full restaurant, although this room has also been newly renovated, so maybe that will change in the future.. The owner could not do enough for us and breakfast was good with some homemade brioche and apple tart.

Très beau château qui va être entièrement rénové accueil très agréable et chaleureux nouveau propriétaire charmant chambre spacieuse et très agréable bonne literie le plateau du soir largement suffisant petit déjeuner très copieux et varié prix très raisonnable c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendront

Château rénové. Très beau. Parfait de l’accueil au petit déjeuner avec un plus le soir nous avons pris une ardoise de charcuterie et une de fromages . Très copieux , accompagné d’un verre de vin. Absolument parfait. Propriétaire ayant pris le temps de nous expliquer l’historique du château. Nous avons adoré. Je recommande vivement.

Un Court séjour dans une ambiance authentique avec un service irréprochable . Calme et accueillant , le site est charmant et la chambre cosy ++! À recommander pour le lieu, l’histoire de la rénovation, la passion transmise par le propriétaire. Merci aux poules pour leurs œufs frais au petit déjeuner !!

Nous avons eu la chance d’être logés dans la chambre de l’explorateur qui est décorée avec goût, à la fois spacieuse et confortable, vue sur le parc. Le château est très beau et en cours de réfection entièrement. Les pièces communes sont également superbes mélangeant ancien et modernité. Nous avons également apprécié l’excellent accueil du gérant. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Nous avons découvert cet établissement sur notre chemin de saint jacques de Compostelle. Un séjour au delà de nos attentes, un très bel accueil, un château rénové avec beaucoup de gout. On m est pas loin du centre ville de Bonneval. Le petit déjeuner est servie dans une très belle pièce À refaire

Excellent accueil plein de délicatesses dans un lieu au calme chargé d histoire. Un proprietaire passionné, passionnant si vous aimez l histoire et les histoires, incluant la vie du chateau: formidable. Tout est finement pensé, les coloris les accessoires de chaque chambre que nous avons été invité à visiter guidés et commentés généreusement. Tres grand merci pour cette merveilleuse decouverte
