10 Stars!...Amazing place with an even more amazing staff. I only wish we got everyone's names to mention them individually. We dealt with Samantha prior to our arrival and throughout our stay and I must say she knows exactly what the Hospitality Industry is all about going above and beyond with her exceptional service. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very nice, quiet, spacious and well appointed. Samantha greeted us, checked us in and showed us our room. She arranged for us to have a great wine tasting in their tasting room. She also made dinner reservations for us. It was a delightful stay!

Warmly received without any fuss, shown to the room and advised of the dinner and breakfast arrangements in a very pleasant manner. The room was a delight with plenty of space to move about. The adjoining en-suite was clean and well designed. The views from the three windows showed aspects of east, south and the square with fountain below. The hills had vineyards all around the rooftops. Ask for room 10, probably the best room in the hotel.

A very enjoyable 2 night stay. An excellent base location for exploring the Sancerre Region, wine and food tasting and just excellent scenery. The hotel itself was amazing, gourmet meal and wine. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

This a very good hotel. We had a lovely, spacious room, The bathroom was good and sotlessly clean. From our first contact with the charming young woman on reception, every member of the staff team were friendly, helpful, and gave time to one. We had a fine meal, and, of course, superb wines. We have stayed before, and will, almost certainly again.

It’s a charming stop in a small village. A bit old-school inside but it’s part of the charm. We were disappointed that despite staying there, they couldn’t just fit us in (two people) to the family’s wine tour in the morning.

Size of room and furniture especially the pillows. No usb charge point for mobiles. But not a problem.

The property was pleasant and seemingly well-maintained. The bed was fine, and the water pressure in my room was great, however, one member of my team had only a bathtub which was very disappointing. That alone is an issue for our crew so I doubt we would go back. The parking is either on the street or a 2-minute walk up a dark narrow road to an open parking lot. Not ideal at night.

very clean, good professional, good restaurant too. Price is very reasonable for such quality of service. Recommend to stay. And if you stay there try the restaurant. Je recommande pour la qualité du service, le deign des chambres et le restaurant.
