El lugar desde la entrada es espectacular, y acogedor, y con un excelente servicio, Isi en todo momento nos ayudó con recomendaciones y lugares a los cuales ir, justo estuvimos en la fiesta de san Sebastián y nos dieron amenidades para poder disfrutar de la fiesta, la habitación tiene de todo, es hermosa, limpia, y muy cómoda, el desayuno... No tengo palabras para describir lo delicioso que era todo, digno para estrella Michelin, recomiendo el huevo con coliflor asada, y la salsa holandesa que hacen uff, la mesera (no recuerdo su nombre) siempre con una muy agradable y bonita actitud ... GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS a todo el equipo de Nobu, hicieron que mi visita a Donostia fuera inolvidable, volveré cada que pueda sin duda !

This is a classy hotel with impeccable service, beautiful rooms, great location. Everything would have been perfect if not for the fact that the mattress on one of the twin beds was broken, as in collapsed in the middle. After the first night, I tried to explain this problem to people at the front desk. I had to do this three times to three different people before a manager came into our room to assess the problem himself. They quickly switched out the bad mattress after he came. I don’t know if they didn’t believe me at first or if it was a language problem, either way, it took a better part of the day to get this problem resolved, with no communication from them acknowledging the problem, or to say they were working on it…The handling of this incident was a bit disappointing. However, aside from the above incident, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in a long time.

I really loved my stay at Hotel Niza. The hotel is simple but wonderfully located, clean, well renovated, and has lots of charm. The hotel is one of the best placed in San Sebastian, right on the Conxa beach and within walking distance of all central attractions. I booked a sea view room and the views are spectacular and I loved it. One thing to note is that sea view rooms do NOT have air conditioning unlike square facing rooms and even in early June, mine got very hot. The hotel can provide you with a small fan (though I'm glad I asked as noone had mentioned it to me!), and as someone who doesn't use air conditioning at home myself, I was absolutely happy to have the view at the cost of a bit of warmth, but I suspect that many people (not least those visiting from parts of the world where air conditioning is ubiquitous) might prefer to take a room overlooking the back (also pleasant though not as much as sea views in my opinion) particularly in spring and summer months to have a fresher environment. I read lots of reviews complaining about the lift - I found it great myself. It works perfectly well as long as you do what you are told and close all the doors, and it is full of charm (and I was thankful for it given my 6th floor room!) The room was very clean, shower room well renovated, and bed comfortable. In my views, apart from systematically putting fans in sea view rooms, what would improve the rooms further would be a mini fridge (when it's warm it would be nice to be able to keep water cold!) and coffee facilities in the rooms or at least in the reception area. Still, I liked the hotel a lot and will certainly use it again when returning to beautiful Donostia!

호텔은 해변에서 한 블록 떨어진 훌륭한 위치에 있으며 구시 가지까지 도보로 10 분 거리에 있습니다. 더블 침대는 매우 편안했고 (우리는 단단한 침대를 선호합니다) 검은 커튼은 수면을 따뜻하게 환영한다는 것을 의미했습니다. 에어컨 조절이 쉽고 조용했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 리셉션에서 비치 타월을 빌릴 수있었습니다. 도착시 방과 욕실은 매우 깨끗했습니다.

작년 바르셀로나의 세르코텔 호텔에 묵어서 좋았기 때문에 이번에는 산 세바스티안의 세르코텔 호텔을 선택했습니다. 위치는 산 세바스티안 버스 터미널에서 도보 거리에 있으며 관광에도 편리하고 구시가지까지 도보로 10분 정도 거리에 있어 매우 편리했습니다. (콩차만도 바로! 아침 일찍 일어나 걷기에 딱) 큰길을 마주하고 있지 않아 조용합니다. 호텔은 건물이 오래되어 어쩔 수 없지만, 옆 방의 문을 여는 소리, 발소리 등은 꽤 울렸다. 그리고 바닥도 기울어져있었습니다 (웃음) 방 자체는 깨끗하고 편안하게 보낼 수있었습니다. 무료 PET 병 물, 편의 시설 (칫솔, 가운, 빗, 슬리퍼 등)은 없었습니다. 샤워의 온수, 수압 등은 좋았습니다. 욕조의 온수도 즉시 할 수있었습니다. 아침 식사는 먹지 않았지만 14 € 정도 당일에도 먹을 수있는 것 같았습니다. 또 산 세바스티안에 왔을 때 리피하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

불행히도 호텔은 나에게 조금 압도적이었습니다. 우리는 City room에서 3 박 동안 머물렀다. 그것은 2 개의 트윈 침대, 더블 침대, Queen 또는 King-size가 올 수 있다고 말한다. 우리가 더블 침대를 가지고 있고 방이 작았 기 때문에 나는 불행한 짓을했다. (퀸 또는 킹 사이즈 침대가 방에 포함 될 수있는 방법이 없습니다). 레이아웃은 매우 이상했습니다. 방은 매우 작았지만 넓은 입구와 넓은 샤워 시설과 화장실이있었습니다. 유일한 긍정적 인 것은 꽤 멋진 발코니였습니다 (그리고 큰!). 아침 식사는 많은 선택으로 꽤 좋았으므로 우리는 그것을 즐겼습니다. 다른 긍정적 인 것은 더운 여름에 좋을 멋진 옥상 수영장과 라운지였습니다. 체육관은 호텔에 꽤 좋으며 여기에서 좋은 운동을 할 수 있습니다. 그리고 실내 수영장 / 사우나는 즐겁습니다. 우리는 몇 시간 동안 휴식을 취했습니다 (호텔 가격에 포함). 그러나 나는 또한 위치가 우리에게 이상적이지 않다고 말할 것입니다. 우리는 단지 3 일을 가지고 있었다. 그리고 대부분의 매력은 15-20min 걷는 오래되었던 도시에 위치하고 여행한다. 그래서 우리는 낮과 밤 사이에 휴식과 함께 많은 시간을 거기에서 보내었다, 우리는 며칠 후 지루해지는 앞뒤로 걷는 데 많은 시간을 보냈습니다. Nuestra estancia en Pension Buenpas fue excelente. Fui a San Sebastián por primera vez con mi pareja y unos amigos y nos sentimos como en casa. Jon, el encargado de la gestión del lugar se mostró siempre súper amable con nosotros, nos recomendó muchísimos sitios, nos trazó rutas y en concreto, tiro de contactos para reservarnos un almuerzo estupendo en el Mayflower en Getaria :) el hotel está en una ubicación muy buena con una zona residencial cercana en una elevación con posibilidad de parking gratis (cosa casi imposible en San Sebastián) y el hostal siempre estuvo limpio y bien dispuesto. Repetiría sin duda!
