We drove to San Sebastián from Pamplona hungover. It’s a pain to find if you’re driving but Annie came back to the car with me and guided us in. Fantastic location, friendly staff. They parked our car for us free of charge and walked our luggage back to the car park. Phones in the room don’t work and no Netflix on the TV. Recommended us a lovely restaurant for a meal the afternoon we landed there

Hotel is in a fantastic location in the Old Town opposite the Santa Maria basilica. Ane and Christian on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room 602 had a lovely terrace with a view of the basilica. Fortunately the bells do not ring throughout the night so it was quiet. The breakfast was a highlight. Freshly squeezed orange juice, high quality products and decent coffee. We loved the breakfast pintxos but they had made to order items too. The attached restaurant was also very good. All in all a perfect base to spend a few days exploring the pintxos bars and the wonderful town of San Sebastian. We will most certainly stay here again.

A wonderful hotel. Devoid of the frills but all round good. No saunas or gym kit. Just a great room, nice breakfast venue and friendly staff. It was clean and spacious. With a great shower to wash away the sand from the beach. Prices were high. Maybe because the Film Festival was on.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, super clean, super location & great value for money. From the time we arrived at the hotel we were delighted with our choice. The front desk staff were very helpful & professional. Fortunately our room was ready, so we go an early check in. We were only sorry we didn't stay longer. Big thanks to all the staff, job well done 🙏🏻

Hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Old Town but when you shut the window there is silence. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. My wife found the bed a bit too hard.

Amazing location. Great staff couldn’t be more welcoming or helpful. Our room faced the cathedral and we had front row seats to all the events that took place in front of the church and on the streets. Great place to walk lotss of shopping , restaurants and bars.

Staff are fantastic. Room small for two people. Bathroom amenities were minimal-no bar soap, shampoo or conditioner-gel in shower was not great for hair-had to go buy products. And no where to put anything inside the shower except the floor. minimal closet space -cant hang dresses.

I forgot how noisy San Sebastian is! This hotel is fantastic, but note that streets, perhaps unavoidably, are loud.

Hotel in a fabulous location for old town. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast options were very good. Slightly disappointed with the room as the terrace advertised at time of booking had been turned into an area for the whole hotel to use so privacy wasn’t great & had been the main reason for booking.
