아파르타멘토스 스파 빌라 파시에가(Apartamentos Spa Villa Pasiega)

The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.

We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌

Excellent place close to all Great breakfast buffet Private hot tub was a treat!

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and really liked it. Very clean apartment. We had two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped though I wish the refrigerator was full size as the apartment is meant for a family. It was nice to have a washing machine. We were able to wash our clothes. There is a nice spa with jacuzzi tubs and a pool with various water features. We did not go to the hotel restaurant though it was busy every day which means it is probably pretty good. There is nice grocery store Lupa within 5 minute walk. Everything you need can be purchased there. We would definitely recommend it for couples of families with kids.

El apartamento estaba fenomenal con lo básico para pasar las vacaciones ( no echamos de menos nada) y con unas vistas preciosas. El personal muy amable. Y el spa con piscina infantil de lo mejor y más si el tiempo no es del todo bueno, lo único el pasillo para acceder que es bastante frío y entra lluvia ya que no es cerrado.

No voy a dar mi opinión sobre el hotel por que ya lo hago cada vez que voy, pero me gustaría matizar cosas del comentario de la señora Jennifer P. Ya que dice que estuvo la semana pasada y yo estuve desde el día 2 hasta el 5 , dice que el pan es del día anterior cosas que es mentira , el pan es del día y encima te lo puedes tostar , creo que deberías mirar mejor lo de los cereales ya que en la estarera que esta en el centro hay una gran variedad ... y lo de las tortillas que solo hay francesa tampoco es cierto, ya que puede coger de jamón de queso o de lo que quieras y te puedo segurar que tanto la plancha como las instalaciones del hotel y las habitaciones , están impecables y eso de que te miraban... te matizare para que sepas quien soy , que soy la chica de 140 kilos rubia de pelo rizado que iba con mi marido una amiga y los críos y te puedo asegurar que si vuelvo a los pasiegos es por que nadie te mira.. quizás deberías de mirar bien donde te has hospedado por que lo que cuentas no es verdad , por cierto mi estancia de 10 como siempre

Sin duda muy agusto. Tiene todo lo que precisas, tanto cocina, baño, almohadas, nosotros no echamos en falta nada. Además en frente dispone de pista cubierta para estar entretenidos. La vez pasada no la recordábamos. Esta vez también disfrutamos del spa, ideal para familias. El apartamento tenía unas vistas espectaculares. Algo a mejorar...que puediera ser un apartamento más acogedor y cálido, aunque para gustos...los colores. Es de 4 estrellas aunque si que es cierto que con el tiempo y según que materiales se utilicen...la vejez de los mismos se adelanta, como la puerta del baño abombada por agua que puede caerle de la ducha. Tuvimos que retrasar la llegada al apartamento de un martes a un miércoles por un tema delicado para nosotros y sin problema, aunque faltó un trato más cercano. En el hotel hay parque de entretenimiento para niños/as, no hicimos uso, pero es un servicio que se agradece si comes y cenas allí. Recomendable 100% los apartamentos spa Villa Pasiega.

Los apartamentos tienen lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda y el.apartamento esta muy limpio. El sofá cama bastante incómodo y sin sábanas. El spa para ir con niños pequeños me encantó, cuando fuimos no había mucha gente. Cerca de muchos sitios de interés si vas en coche.

Habitaciones grandes con todo lo necesario . Entorno muy bonito y tranquilo. El spa ideal para niños nuestro hijo lo disfruto mucho , nos estaba masificado aunque en horario de tarde había más afluencia de gente. En mi opinión es una buena elección en general
