호텔 트라이냐(Hotel Traina)

The stay was very good , hotel was quite , due to the time of the year. Very helpful with local information that i needed in connection with my business trip. choice of breakfast food was good. rooms clean .

Disappointing. Breakfast AWFUL. Breakfast room dreadful, conference room. You have the potential to have breakfast on the roof in a covered area with a view … why not use it? Breakfast waiter - miserable! Hot food was cold and greasy. Choice was limited. Hotel foyer and corridors pleasant. Hotel room very dated. Terrace awful (bearing in mind you pay extra). Terrace should have parasol and loungers as minimum and safety glass in between terraces should not be cracked - this gave an unkept appearance. On the one and only plus side, Reception staff were pleasant and (American/Canadian night porter was a delight!).

Hotel staff are very friendly and a credit to the hotel ( American night porter in particular). Hotel foyer and corridors fine but rooms are dated and terraces (bearing in mind you pay extra) are shabby, ill equipped ( need parasol for shade and loungers for sun bathing). Also step on terrace back into room needs denoting in a different colour to avoid trip hazard. Safety glass between terraces smashed. Breakfast is awful! Choice is limited, hot food is cold, waiter is miserable! Cold fried eggs floating in grease, only have coffee from a machine which is all pre-sugared. Breakfast room is a conference room with no view - not pleasant for a holiday. Pool is small and should be referred to as a plunge pool. It is a shame as I had high expectations.

Good location and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Lots of amenities are nearby and great if you are using the hotel as a base. The room was ok, the restaurant was decent, and the roof terrace with the pool offered great views. The hotel reception staff are great, really helpful and friendly. Always offer assistance to make our stay relaxing. Would recommend the hotel if you are staying for a few nights

(4th floor) I have stayed at the Traina on a number of occasions. It is usually a very good hotel. On this occasion the swimming pool had been drained for maintenance and I wasn’t notified by this which was disappointing. The room French doors were very difficult to open and close and two freestanding lamps weren’t working. Everything else was to the normal high standard.

They should have a tall mirror and some new towels

I booked this as a one night pit stop but was very happy with it and would reccomend for a budget break in a vibrant spanish town near the Mar Menor. Quick and easy check in ,great room,spotlessy clean and comfortable on a chilly night. Didn't stay for breakfast but there are loads of cafes round and about this street side hotel.

The staff couldn’t have done more for us. We had such a mare when we arrived to San Pedro, leaving keys to our house back in the UK and having to book a last minute hotel. Thankfully we relaxed as soon as we stepped foot into Traíña. Reception staff were lovely. Allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room to a huge terrace, explained where everything was and how it all works. Made us laugh and feel so much better about our situation! Rooms were super clean and spacious, friendly housekeepers in the morning, aircon units were clean and refreshing, fresh towels every morning. Small fridge in the room to hold your waters. €10 deposit per pool towel which they allow you to take to the beach as well. Small rooftop pool with sun loungers - this was a lovely view of San Pedro! Friendly evening reception staff who are always happy to chat. Oh and location! Surrounded by restaurants, 15min walk to mar menor and salt lakes, small fairground at the bottom of the road with evening markets. Spoilt for choice in terms of bars, cafes and restaurants. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, they couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. Thank you!
