알티플라니코 아타카마(Our Habitas Atacama)

酒店挺古樸的，環境很好，就是第一天晚上被螞蟻咬醒，趕緊讓酒店換房。然後酒店的餐廳非常難吃，且貴，避雷……

酒店不錯 環境好 服務也不錯

The hotel was very pleasant. Very nice reception (see photos). Beautiful location. The rooms were comfy. The pool was well maintained and provided a relaxing environment. It was hot when we were there and while small fans were available from the front desk, perhaps ceiling fans should be installed and even air conditioning. Overall the staff was very attentive but to improve, they’d need to check in on people sitting outside or at poolside. The managing director mentioned that there the hotel was just established and a few things were to be modified such as the issues listed above. If these are rectified this hotel/habitas is a SURE thing when in San Pedro de Atacama and I would be back in a heartbeat!!

We really liked the staff (especially Kenny and Oscar at the front desk -- but also everyone else whose name we didn't get), who are eager to be helpful -- particularly with excursions and the hotel's own astronomy lesson and other activities. We loved the little touches (sunscreen by the front desk, to-go coffee in the morning, the security guard always on duty, the AMAZING breakfast bars in the breakfast box). Nicely-appointed rooms although they can definitely get hot. Beautiful grounds.

*We have been informed that new management are addressing ALL of the issues highlighted* Overall, well overpriced. On arrival we were told that the hotel would hold $750 for expenses. 'How am I going to run this amount up' I asked. We had paid for a better room and were given a round mud hut with a creaky bed and both inside and outside shower. There was one rack with four clothes hangers for storage. It felt like we were camping. There was no aircon (as advertised) but the room did not have any ventilation in, for example, the roof. Thus, as the day progressed, the hut baked in the blazing sun. Even with the fan, which we requested, the room was unbearably hot by evening. Breakfast was a shambles, the cheese and meat, when eventually replenished, was a feast for the flies. The sliced bread was however covered! How do you like your eggs in the morning! I hope you do becase that's all you are getting. The occassional staff were over-worked and bewildered. Even the fruit juice was disappointing. There was no shower near the pool so this was murky and shimmered with grease. We would not enter at our peril. The were 4 sunbeds suitable for sitting and 4 suitable for lying. All were of dubious conditionand in need of refurbishment. Completely inadequate for the size of the hotel. The gardens could have been impresive, they were watered automatically, but the majority was left to run wild. Unimpressive to say the least. The hotel sells itself as a calming, meditative enclave without TVs etc. The disco on Saturday night proved to be rather at odds. The dead pigeon left mouldering in the car park was not what was expected. All the staff were friendly and attentive often working under diffcult circumstances.

Recently spent a few nights here. Only had one breakfast due to early starts. It was Ok. Service for coffee was very slow. The breakfast box was excellent. Nice rooms. They were warm but we happily slept with the window open and the fan on. It is about a one km walk to the town. Hotel lunch was good. Nicely presented. Pool area was lovely. Enjoyed our swim there. All was spotlessly clean. Lovely hot water. Safe in the room. Wifi worked everywhere. We enjoyed our stay

I had a lovely stay at Our Habitas Atacama. This is an absolutely beautiful place, with a vibe that whispers family and community in the best way possible. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful— in a way that made me feel like they were my friends and not performing their “duties as staff.” I had such a wonderful stay… I booked a chakra alignment/massage/energy work with Valesca and felt TRANSFORMED afterward. It was one of the best massages of my life. She was absolutely incredible. I arrived early (well ahead of check-in) and Carolina, one of the front desk staff, was so sweet. She did everything in her power to get me to a room as soon as possible, which was a BEAUTIFUL room with a rooftop terrace for stargazing in the evening. I never wanted to leave the property, actually, even though there are so many wonderful things to do in Atacama! All staff were super attentive and friendly— other highlights included Oscar, one of the most charming and knowledgeable staff I have met at any hotel, anywhere; Cristobal, the community manager who scheduled my wellness visit and I now feel like is one of my friends; Camila— who shared a super secret stargazing spot on the property; Sebastian, Kenny— you were both wonderful, too! I have read from other guests’ reviews that they thought the rooms were uncomfortable and hot— I went during record heat and when I requested a fan, it was in my room within 15 minutes, and it was quiet! Additionally, I found the beds to be incredibly comfortable and the rooms delightful. But most of all, what I would love to return to is this idea that at Habitas, you feel genuinely cared for and a sense of friendship and family. I would definitely book again.

I spent the early days of February in San Pedro and I was fortunate to find Our Habitas Atacama. Hotel hostess are very kind, the room is comfortable and the place is amazingly beautiful with local architecture and surrounded by green. Food is great as well, I recommend the corn with barbecue sauce, ceviche, ice cream with local flavors and rica rica tea.

Our Habitas properties are always feeling so welcoming and homey and Habitas Atacama didn’t disappoint. I loved their “welcome ritual” with palo santo, their rooms, their pool area is incredible, but my favourite part was the Meditative massage - both my husband and I had the best relaxing experience in our lives. Thank you for bringing us to this physical and emotional peace.
