Secrets Baby beach, very modern vibe that grows on you. Beautiful resort. Food was better than most all inclusive. Service was attentive and problems were resolved with smiles. Very clean resort

Most luxurious all-inclusive resort I have every stayed at. Loved the beach which is a 3 minute walk or they provide golf cart rides, has the best pools in all of Aruba. The service and staff are personable and outstanding. Food was fresh and fine dining with plenty of options. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a table for dinner. If i return to Aruba, I would only consider staying at Secrets Baby Beach Resort!

Hotel is very understaffed and employees are stressed, not happy to be there and very slow. They constantly run out of simple ingredients like lime juice and menu entrees at dinner. I would go elsewhere if you are considering this place.

My wife and I stayed from Sunday to Thursday and really enjoyed our time at this new resort. Even though it was about 80–90% full, it never felt crowded — there were always plenty of chairs available by the pool, at the restaurants, and during the shows. The staff was outstanding. Alvin, our concierge, kept us informed of tour times and restaurant schedules, and Eduardo in the lobby was incredible — always greeting us with genuine warmth and positive energy every time we passed by. Baby Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the resort and it’s absolutely beautiful — calm, crystal-clear water and soft sand, perfect for relaxing or swimming. We did experience two small hiccups: the shower had a bad smell on the first day, which took several hours to fix, and our room service order on the second day took almost three hours to arrive. Aside from that, the food was great everywhere — whether at the buffet, restaurants, or room service. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Secrets Baby Beach Aruba to couples looking for relaxation, comfort, and excellent service.

The hotel property is gorgeous however it is very far from everything. The private pool room is not a private pool as advertised. Concierge messed up multiple reservations and transportation plans. The hotel lacks entertainment.

Aruba is hands down the most beautiful island I've ever been to! It's a hidden gem. Secrets Baby beach hotel was extremely clean, has huge beautifully styled rooms, 24/hour room service, amazingly fast housekeeping too! Our room got cleaned some days multiple times! Every single staff member on the grounds always says hello and greets you with a smile which makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. There are two areas of the resort one is more lively and the other is more calm so whatever vibe you're going for you can get at any time. It's a short walk down to Baby Beach but they also have cute little shuttle cars to drive you down if you prefer that! You cannot beat the clearness and blueness of the ocean at Baby Beach. My favourite part of the trip was the entertainment staff! Tai, Ivy, Gabby, Toni-Lisa, Deyvid were TOP KNOTCH - they can all dance so good too! So fun to watch and be around. The music is so great and not your typical top 40, the DJS are on point. 3 Bartenders really stood out for us and they are Carolina (she makes the best coconut mojitos), Christian (he makes the best palomas) and Gabriel (Gabo) he was just a fun bartender overall! We cannot wait to come back to this beautiful place and see everyone again.

The gym was clean and organized, the trainer was friendly and very helpful. I don't normally work out on my vacation but this time I was encouraged by the trainer. The staff overall was very nice. Thank you!
