피에스타 아메리카나 코수멜 올 인클루시브(Fiesta Americana Cozumel Dive Resort)

The staff was exceptional! Friendly, helpful and tireless! They work so hard. Clean!pool towels, floors, restrooms, food areas and rooms! The entertainment staffs Anani and Josh knew many of our names after the first introduction! Kept us completely in the fun games and activities. Nightly entertainment was family friendly and ended with dancing! The room upgrade was unexpected and wonderful! Part of the vip program with ******* The housekeeping amazing with a ton of Extra effort from Reyes! Aaron and Marco were good waiters around the pool! Restaurant staff Eduardo especially went beyond service bringing our dessert down stairs so we did not miss the show! Thank you! Specialty restaurants amazing! Dinner at buffet cold food disappointing. Breakfast was good Bar b que at noon terrific I saw many getting poolside service! Cons: the beach club amenities across the street are only partial. They are under renovation! No chairs, no bar, restaurant or Pool at the beach. The snorkeling was great! Time share offers were annoying when you first walk in but they accepted your decision if you did not want to accept their perks or invitation.. They were friendly to us afterwards which was a plus. Thank you Arcadia! All in all the Fiesta Americana was a solid 8/10!

The hotel needs to be upgraded some, but its still nice. The pool itself is a hazard. There are so many tiles missing, edges are sharp, i cut my toe on the many missing ones on the bottom. Hopefully in the future they will reopen everything across the street.

Staff was amazing and food was really good in comparison to other resorts we've stayed. Pool does need some tlc but the kids still had a blast in it. Snorkeling out front of the resort was really good and the beaches near are great! Overall I'd go back again any time!

Being close to the water. The only bad point would be the closet door in 710 fell off and dam near hit me. I reported it to the front desk and they tried to fix it put they didn't fix the problem. The top hinge popped out right away and the door dosed fit the closet at all. Somebody is going to get hurt. The pool has tiles missing and several people got their feet cut and also has alot of green moss or mode growing.

We decided to stay somewhere else, the whole beach side, which is across the street, was completely closed. You can’t even sit at the ocean. The 2nd pool is also empty and closed. The parts of the resort that were open were nice, the pool is right on the street and pretty small for the number of guests. It’s lively and bumping, but we wanted tranquility. The staff are super nice and helpful. The room we toured had its own private pool, it was clean and spacious but the ceiling was low and it just felt dark and cold.

Pros: clean hotel room and friendly stuff Cons: the building is really old, sometimes smelly in the lobby. Limited selection of food in buffet

I didn’t like the website didn’t tell you part of property was closed across the street and some places to eat weren’t open. Other then that it was amazing!

Staff and food were the highlights of this property. Otherwise it is a very small resort with small pool and very limited seating. Boring and sad is the best way to describe this resort. Not much to do here. I may have thought differently had the ocean front been open. It could be beautiful there with sand added and all the dining and bar open there but it sits vacant in need of TLC. We actually went down the road to beach club a couple days. Well worth it. Snorkling was great there but is deep right away and hard to get in and out of water from dock. Steps missing and railing lacking support. Would not go back until ocean front is open.
