Numu Boutique Hotel in San Miguel de Allende is a truly a hidden gem for travelers seeking a blend of top-tier hospitality, exquisite design, and delicious quality food and drinks. The highlights for me and my family were: LOCATION - Centrally located next to everything yet still super quiet, intimate, and relaxed a**osphere right next to the beautiful Juarez park! It was a beautiful escape from busy city life. BREAKFAST - I know I know .. breakfast? But seriously it was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Delicious Acai bowls, chilaquiles, avocado toast, enchiladas, we tried it all and it was amazing! We also had lunch once at the pool and their drinks and food were delicious, too! (My photos dont do it justice!) CUSTOMER SERVICE - Thank you Ximena, Gustavo, Angel and all the staff at Numu for being such kind and warm people. Ximena recommended my family and I horseback ride and it turned out as one of the best experiences we've ever had together as a family. Such a peaceful, warm, calm and beautiful experience. I will leave another beautiful review for that! Such a gem! INTERIOR DESIGN - Numu Hotel's interior design deserves special mention. It beautifully marries traditional elements with modern aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that resonates with both history and contemporary chic. I wish I had more photos of the hotel itself not just the breakfast (whoops!) but you will have to experience it for yourself ＜3

Great experience all around. The staff was excellent and the hotel was in a great location. You are greeted by Pancho the mascot.

One of the best places we had stayed. The hotel is small, intimate but the hospitality is unmatched. The bellmen would run down to the markets for us to get anything we needed. Service was outstanding. Drinks are unmatched, we appreciated that they offered mineral water at every sitting, just ask them to add and little tequila and lime juice ;). We ended up upgrading to the suite our last night, it has its own patio with a jacuzzi that overlooks the hotel across the street. One of the best roof top bars. There was no secret that our friends were poaching to come to our hotel and hang. The rooftop pool facing the east with the view of all the homes on the hill is unmatched. Amazing sunsets. The only down part to getting here is the travel, you typically fly into Leon and have to shuttle over about an hour and 40 minutes.

Everything about our visit to the Numu Hyatt in San Miguel was exceptional from the beauty and quality of the materials and design of all spaces (room, common areas, pool, restaurant, etc.) to the cleanliness of the property, the skill and responsiveness of the entire staff (concierge, housekeeping, room service, waitstaff, bar, valet, etc.). The hotel houses approximately 50 rooms and provides a luxury boutique experience.

A stunning hotel with the best facilities and team members at every step. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the historic center. For me, the roof top pool that doubled as my remote work space and the top notch mattress and pillows made working and sleeping the best experience. I can't wait to return!

I am an architect by training. I travel extensively around the world. Whenever possible I stay at a Hyatt because of the service, attention to detail and design sense. I have been a Globalist for several years and find NuMu a top racking. I visited the hotel across the street (I will not mention the name). The facilities were nicely appointed but it had a different vibe. They tried to display a a**osphere of exclusivity that just came across as pretentious. You did not get this at NuMu. Excellet Service!

Great hotel with great service and great location. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, and the staff was beyond helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the showers were wonderful. The location was perfect in terms of being able to walk to most places.

This is the place to stay in San Miguel! Very walkable to centro historico attractions such as restaurants, market, famous church, and the main square. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room and entire property were brand spankin' new. Great rooftop view and pool with food/drink service. San Miguel travel hack: stay here for much cheaper and go across the street to the Rosewood Luna Rooftop for a sunset drink at their bar.

Our stay was fabulous! It was central so we could walk everywhere and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Very clean and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Roof pool is such a nice plus.
