Amazing place and excellent staff and service! The restaurants are amazing and the views are incredible. They also have a beautiful pool in a gorgeous setting just minutes from el centro (with a complimentary shuttle to el centro). The location is perfect - super convenient to the centro/downtown area without all the noise and traffic. Will stay here next time for sure!

We want to acknowledge the kindness and exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Amatte, especially the special attention from Sophie van Haelst. During our stay, we were comforted by their immediate response to an emergency situation. After consuming adulterated drinks at a bar in San Miguel de Allende, the prompt and attentive action of the hotel staff, enabled us to receive timely assistance from the Red Cross, averting a potential fatal intoxication. We are immensely grateful for their swift and life-saving response.

Beautiful and chic boutique hotel. Playing loud music all the time in rooftop bar/restaurant which can be heard in the rooms. Away from town center.

This is a dishonest place. They way way over charged me for an extra night. Dishonest people and i talked to manager. Don't stay here.

Beautiful ambiance. The staff welcomes you upon your arrival with a fresh mimosa. The architecture and feel of every corner of this place is very soothing. It reminded us of a resort near the beach in Cabo. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to and from the Centro de San Miguel, which is impressive! We used it every day we were there, and It was quick and straightforward to use. Food and drinks were okay, but we did experience what looked to be disagreement with the chef and staff on two different occasions, which led the employee to walk away crying. Fair warning, The rooftop bar had a live DJ daily playing loud music until 11 pm. If you are a light sleeper or trying to sleep early, this might interfere with your plans.

This property was very aesthetically pleasing during the day and night. The vibe was so chill from morning to night. Staff is totally incredible and made us feel like we were the only people there (and we were not). The gym had great equipment. The food was great and the service was really impeccable. They also had a very convenient shuttle service that took you anywhere you wanted to go. Thanks to all the staff at Amatte, we will see you next year.

Outstanding boutique hotel, Four Seasons level service!!!… great architecture, food is superb, and service is warm and to the detail… well done! Not the best location, but walkable and shuttle services work great Hacmans restaurant will not dissapoint , one of the best in San Miguel… breakfast is also very unique, in a beautiful setting
