Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Room was lovely and comfortable, they need new photos as it is not as dated as the images. The public transport was easy to use and recommend the 48 hour pass but it did take about 45 minutes to get to most places in Turin. Would stay again!!

Неплохая троечка. Для одного дня по дороге очень даже удобно. Парковка бесплатная, завтрак зачётный. Вообщем рекомендую.

Bell’hotel in posizione comoda, posteggi gratuiti. Colazione con scelta variegata.

I booked the wrong place should have been in Milan not Milano ?I was in search of my father for 18 years once I arrived here with the address I was given ?to find it was the incorrect city but staying here its rates 3 star should be 4 star and all the staff are a huge 5 star in my eyes ,great entrance great decor amazing rooms i highly recomend this Hotel Glis any time I must say a huge thanks to Arianna and Giada front desk receptionists,they new about why I was here they helped me in every way where to go ,would nook transport for,assisted me in the direction of train station to Milan to see my father,every day they would take time to ask me how things went ,I rate them both a 10 star all the way,they are such an asset to the Glis hotel my heart thanks you both ,I would highly recomend this fantastic Hotel again a huge thank you to Arianna and Giada .

What an incredible surprise! I booked this hotel as I was attending Eurovision in Turin. Hotels were getting booked up fast and so I booked Hotel Glis without doing much research. I booked a superior double room. Due to a change of plan, I had to change the booking from a double to twin room and contacted the hotel directly to do this, it was not an issue and this was sorted quickly. On arrival, the staff at reception were friendly and so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Every communication I had with reception was helpful, efficient and just really positive. Breakfast was great and of a really good quality. The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - I was expecting the photos on some trip advisor reviews, a bit dated looking (sorry!), but opening the door I was so blown away by the quality and standard of the decor. My dad was worried he wouldn’t be able to make tea/coffee but there was a kettle in the room and a fridge with complimentary water! We also paid for the “mini fridge top up” on two days and got cans of pop, snacks, etc. This was really great. The hotel booked our taxi to the airport on departure day and this arrived with no issues. We encountered several different staff members and they were all so pleasant and so helpful. Our room was cleaned and fresh towers were left every day of our stay - this felt luxury compared to the UK! We were a little concerned about the ease of getting around to/from central Turin to this hotel, as it does feel more geared at the “out of city” business travellers, conference attendees etc., however we paid for a 72 hour bus ticket for €10 each which allowed us to get on as many buses and trams as we wanted for 72 hours, and using the app “CityMapper”, figured out that if we get the 49 and then 8 bus, it was super easy to travel in/out of Turin. It took around 25/30 mins dependent on traffic. Overall, this hotel was the most wonderful surprise and we will definitely return here on our next trip to Turin. Thank you so much to the staff for a truly great and memorable stay.

The hotel is a little way out of the city but there is a bus stop within a 10 minute walk. The hotel sells bus tickets which was really helpful! The place is clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made it more comfortable for us would be more powerful air conditioning, but the place was such good value for money that it wasn’t such a big deal.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo perché dovevamo andare allo stadio ed è stata un'ottima scelta poiché è pulito, è bello, c'è una colazione abbondante, parcheggio riservato interno e anche la palestra. Camera grande con acqua e le varie comodità. Il prezzo è abbastanza congruo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota dolente è stato il riposo in quanto il letto non era comodissimo.

Ottimo hotel. Un tre stelle superiore a tanti 4 stelle!. Vado almeno una volta all'anno ed è sempre piacevole tornare per la cura e la pulizia oltre al prezzo del soggiorno . Ottime colazioni e personale gentile e simpatico!!!!! Quando tornerò in zona sicuramente soggiornerò al glis

Camera più che ampia, letto a dir poco gigantesco. Ottima la colazione, personale alla reception competente, gentile e preparato. Ottimo ambiente, facile da raggiungere, e un grazie per i consigli ricevuti sugli spostamenti per raggiungere il centro di Torino. La vicinanza allo stadium lo rende perfetto

Ho pernottato in una stanza attrezzata per ospiti disabili (io vivo in carrozzina) e l'ho trovata adatta alle mie esigenze. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, la prima colazione ricca e di qualità medio/alta. Unica pecca, ma non grave, gli arredi non nuovissimi. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato gradevolissimo.

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati bene al Glis. Siamo stati un paio di notti e nn abbiamo avuto nulla da ridire a parte che la camera era troppo calda e la temperatura nn si riusciva ad abbassare. A parte quello, l’albergo è pulito, personale molto cortese e disponibile, e colazione non male. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo se dovessimo passare in zona
