One of the worst place I had ever stay, everything look old and outdated, the pools didn’t look clean, and the hotel smells bad, my room door didn’t even close all the way, we didn’t eat or drink anything we were scared, definitely not a hotel for us, personally I would never stay there, the only reason why I booked was it said it was close to the airport but never again. I travel a lot this was the worst hotel.

The hotel is in a jungle with birds and animals. There are pools and hammocks strung throughout. Gorgeous private beach with warm waves. Loved it here!

I loved the customer service, the waiters, the person who opens the garage, the nurse were friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeuos! However their policies need to be adjusted. Theres two legal identification IDs one a drivers license, and passport. A drivers license should nener be taken they denied taking a passport. I needed my license to drive. I almost got attacked by three dogs they growled at me i took theyd bite me i shood them away. The bathrooom liked water on the floor maintance came to fix it, The food needs more taste and i caught food poisoning. I checked out a day before and requested a refund for the day unsued even with all this i didnt get a refund. I strongly believe in clients come first and their needs. I wouldnt return here again.

We had no idea when we booked this place, but it was lovely. Very clean, great food and very friendly accommodating staff. The beach was long and lovely for walking. the inside of the place is like a theme park. built over the water of the mangrove estuary. Lovely trees and plants and exotic birds. I would definitely recommend this place. Not a big tourist place. Mostly locals. A Treasure!!

Excellence staff, everyone was very attentive and friendly, they know and love what they are doing. Place its very peaceful and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again.

This is a pleasant family-friendly resort on a beautiful stretch of beach, featuring well-maintained and safe swimming pools and some animal attractions (monkeys, parrots, macaw, turtles and alligator), along with a nice display of a typical mangrove estuary on the other side from the ocean. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the decor is a bit dated but that actually added to the appeal. Nearby are numerous working fishermen, and it was a site to see them launch their boats into the surf! Not much to do outside of the resort, but this is a great opportunity to enjoy the Pacific coast away from the surf crowd, and to simply relax.

I love the location and the accessibility to the beach, the room was beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel has plenty of good food, and very affordable, I didn't like the plumbing in the bathroom, the toilet flooded and during the duration of our stay it didn't stop bubbling, it was annoying, other than that we enjoy our stay. there are no restaurants around or stores so be prepared with anything you need specially emergency medications.

The hotel is in the middle of a estuary and the sea. Estuaries have a particular odor, but that is part of the natural environment. I love that they respect the nature. The food tastes good. The staff is very respectful and professional. The rooms are clean. There is plenty of parking. The sundowns are spectacular. I highly recommend this place.
