누메로 우노 비치 하우스(Numero Uno Beach House)

Great location. It’s right on the beach. Our room was 30 feet from the beach. We really liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were included for guests at the hotel. However, our room was on the ground floor and it was really noisy starting at 7am. There was an ice machine just outside our room so we could hear people constantly getting ice. It was impossible to stay sleeping past 7am. Another thing to be aware of is the service. The staff is very friendly but slow. I had to ask staff multiple times for a drink. Breakfast was also very slow. We spent a lot of time waiting for a server or waiting for our food to come out. I would recommend walking somewhere else to get food. Luckily the hotel is in a great location so finding good restaurants and cafes nearby is easy.

Great hitel, great stuff. Fantastic location. Rooms are ok but the beach, beach ambiance is fantastic!!!

Room I had was flooded with light from poorly placed switches Absolutely no compensation offered for 2 nights with almost no sleep… ridiculous

Great place, on the beach! Clean and comfy. Only suggestion- plz keep the bar open longer. Nice to have drinks on the beach after dark.

A bit hard to find but, when we arrived at 1am and asked for a late check, were told to ‘wake up early to get it approved by the AM staff’. We wake up at 8:30am to check with the front desk and are told no for no other reason than ‘another guest is checking in and we need to clean it’. I asked for 30 mins just for us to dip into the beach for two hours and then to quickly rinse but, again, are denied because of the ‘other guest checking in’. Mind you, I am asking to leave at 11:30am and check in is at 4pm so that was confusing, frustrating and disappointing. As to the room, it’s on a second floor so get ready to carry your luggage up the stairs as there are no elevators or bell service. The room was tiny with no view though it had the basic necessities. Parking is off street. I will say that the food and drinks were excellent (would recommend pre-paying breakfast) and beach proximity is perfect. However just because of the lack of flexibility in the light of common sense, I don’t think I will return.

Second time staying there for wife and me. We love the vibes and the beach and the hotel staff.

Great spot right at the beach . Staff is amazing very helpful and great service. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A nice gem in ocean park area … will return soon .

Beautiful place right on the beach! Quick walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a short Uber ride into Old San Juan. We would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely stay here again. Cute and quaint, right on the beach. They put out chairs and an umbrella for you whenever you need and wait on you hand and foot, bringing you food and drinks, as needed. The staff is so professional and attentive. Raul was a gem of a server.
