Very bad experience to expensive for what you get. The room smells awful and bathroom tile floors were all scratched. The room very small no windows if you are claustrophobic avoided this place. Looks like the owner doesn't care about maintenance. The hotel should get some very good maintenance. I couldn't sleep with the smell in the room.

Convinient area and friendly and helpful staff. Room was too cold. No coffee machine and room phone.

the room i got, had no windows. The only microwave is in the lobby, which closes after a certain time. I read that there were "business services" but yet there were no computers available to conduct business on. There is nowhere to regulate the a/c so you're stuck with whatever setting the building is on. The clerk was nice and that is the only good thing i have to say besides the place was clean. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't rent this place again

Not what you expect for $190. Very sparce room. AC in some rooms freezing and in others barely adequate. One night only for us, however would mot stay again.

The room was like a closet. No windows! Air conditioner running on high with no control. No desk or chair. Small refridge no microwave. The hotel is in a great location but has no parking and street parking in Old San Juan is almost non-existent. Can't in good faith recommend this place.

It was great for my purposes. Love the location, very clean and the staff is helpful however there are times when there is no staff. Very clean but you can see its a bit old and beat up. Felt very secure. Everything (stores, food, activities, tourist attractions, pharmacy) is within a block or two, tons of food and shopping options. The hotel has coffee in the mornings and an area for eating, so you can buy snacks, poptarts, microwable items and be able to eat them. They also offer a small selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk-located in the second floor.

Toilet seat needs repair Sink fixture is loose, badly Not enough lighting, only light in ceiling is not enough Could not change the room temperature In general this hotel offers a good price but it is just a room with no frills I would stay again due to its being close to ship But would not stay it for above stay, it is good enough

The property has central AC, so you cannot adjust the room temperature to your liking.
