The service was good. They were able to accommodate me when the room I had, did not have a working bathtub.The facilities are just what I need and not more. I will definitely be staying here again. There is no food available on site, I prefer it that way.

We got to check in early and stay parked for the Niner game after we checked out. The staff was great and very accommodating. I’ll be staying here again.

Really liked that it was a family operated hotel. Very nice manager? with school age girls which made me feel safe in the area. They also recognized us at the hotel a few doors down when we walked by - not sure if they manage both. Comfortable bed - microwave and fridge a plus for the price. Room could have been a little cleaner. Rooms need to be updated but not a biggie for the price. Overall a great stay! Great location! My only recommendation would be to clean behind and around the furniture - more thorough cleaning can sometimes make a difference.

Always wanted to stay here and finally did. Great spot at a reasonable price. About 4 blocks from the best mexi food in town

Quick overnight. Great location to grab dinner and walk to the SAP Center without having to worry about driving once we arrived. The Flamingo is no drills, but comfortable and met our needs.

I stay at this motel when visiting friends. It’s convenient to downtown and easy to get to the highway, restaurants and grocery stores. The family that runs the hotel is very accommodating and pleasant. They easily find solutions to issues and don’t look at you suspiciously whenever something comes up. It’s a basic motel so don’t expect any fancy stuff, but it’s clean, generally safe and even includes a mini fridge and microwave. If you’re on a budget, and all the stuff noted above interests you, I highly recommend staying at this motel. I doubt you’ll find anything better for the price.

Priced affordably. A little run down but not uncomfortable. Was given a room that had not yet been cleaned, but the staff responded quickly to assign another room and was helpful during the stay. Several dinning choices within minutes walking. Free parking and a very quick drive to downtown.

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a concert at the SAP Center. It was a great location, simple room with basic amenities. The remote was dirty with stuck on food, so that made us question the cleanliness but everything else was in order and clean. It was exactly what it needed to be, just would be nice if they took a wet wipe to the remote after each visitor. That just makes us wonder what else wasn't wiped down. Definitely check out Uncle John's waffle house, kitty corner from the motel for breakfast, it was fantastic!

While an older property, the location was great as was headed to Sharks game, easy/safe walk. Property and room was clean, bed was comfortable, all in all a positive experience.
