No tv in certain rooms, checked the mattress and it had ********* on it and a blue pill under the covers.. no bathroom door in our room, no shower nob to cut on the shower only bath… random **** asked were we suppose to be here

I been staying here in between houses while my place is ready And on the night of the 9th I went to get in the shower at midnight and turned the handle to turn on the water and to my surprise the handle popped off and hit me in the mouth and started instantly soaking me in high powered scalding hot water. Within seconds my room was flooded. My husband who has chronic heart failure and my 2 dogs were terrified. Sally the front desk did what she could and tried to contact someone because the water shut off valve to the room 119 was missing. Everything I own is water logged,I was hoping to be able to dry my stuff in the dryer on site but I was just given a new room and nothing ever mentioned about it again. I like the staff and they are nice and all but now I find my self with a broken tooth that hurts and not even a follow up with how am I feeling the following morning. All my belongings are mildewing and lost important medical documents that causing a problem trying to get my husbands meds refilled. I wasn’t aware the impact of the situation until was at work the following morning the throbbing tooth and sore body and wet clothes. Other than that it’s been pleasant.

Door barely closed , was dirty, no heater , was freezing, graffiti on wall Bugs on floor Not inhabitable, city should close it down.

On check in one the clerks family members was yelling for her. They were remodeling rooms.The signs on the doors said "UNSAFE". Not an inviting look. And there was NO HOT WATER in my room, which I only discovered when trying to shower in the morning.

The property was very unsafe, undesirables around the property. No locks in riom, no mirror, temporary beds, no microwave, no towels and staff arguing with me when towels were requested. Please please please remove them from your site!!!!

This place was very comfortable. The managers are very nice. We stayed longer than our original plans. Many food places around.

The hotel check in process was somewhat simple and the lady was very lovely. The disappoin**ent happened when finding out the room I was given had no microwave, and the peephole on the door was completely missing. Nor to mention one of the construction workers walked into my room and also when I was not in the room they also helped themselves and came into the room. Feeling completely unsafe and violated I will never stay here again, this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this and I've stayed at plenty of hotels in the passed.

The motel is condemned by the health depar**ent and is in very poor condition, and not suited for family stay in Hemet. I am requesting a refund because me and my family never stayed at this awful place. The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Not worth $89.00 and I see as a scam.

I seen a roach, the door looked like it’s been kicked in and there was homeless people hanging out in the parking lot I felt very unsafe
