Hotel El Eden

Acabados de lujo, súper cómodo y excelente relación calidad-precio.

Hot water didnt work, had to wait an hour to get it on and working at 10pm, theres no blanket just a very thin rough sheet to sleep with and the wifi never worked, tried for an hour after i had to find someone to get the password.

Our room at Hotel El Eden was beautiful, clean, luxurious. Each room has its own garage to park your car in that takes you right into your room. Our room had a nice little lounging pool on the private patio. Staff were great and available to provide whatever we needed. At the time of our stay, there was only one staff member who spoke English, but we worked it out. It IS a Spanish-speaking country after all! One downside is that there were some dogs, I assume strays, that were engaging in loud fights a couple different times. We were there only a short time, one night before an early flight, but I would have been happy to be there longer and really enjoy the room and property!

The place is supposed to be discrete, but when we arrived and reached out to the staff from our car, they started to yell my name while looking for my booking. The garage door didn't fully close, and the mattress was bad. Everything was very clean though.

The bed is so terrible there is no comfort at all. I don’t recommend those beds for no one. It was like sleeping in a box and getting out was a struggle. No closets or draws lived out of our suitcases.

We followed the gps to property addewss and there was no hotel there. We had to drive a waya away and find another hotel

The room with a private pool is very unique. Super fun It could be a little more private de pool area. If it rains you can’t use it
