整體而言非常的乾淨，有提供lounge可以休息，裡面也有咖啡跟水還有茶。位置離市區稍微有一小段距離。

호스텔숙박은 처음이었는데 너무 깔끔하고 조용하고 좋았습니다. 저희가 추위를 타는 편이어서 추가 이불을 요청했는데 바로 갖다 주신것도 고마웠습니다. 다만 차를 가지고 오시는 여행객이라면 주차장은 제공되지 않는다는 점을 확인하고 오셔야할듯 합니다. 저희는 밤에 도로변에 주차했다(밤에는 무료) 아침에 일찍 체크아웃했습니다.

Fiquei hospedada 3 noites em um quarto feminino, camas no estilo cápsula. O quarto espaçoso e silencioso. O locker grande, sendo que coube meu mochilão, mochila comum e casaco. Em cada andar eles tem um lounge com TV, micro ondas, geladeira, café e chá à vontade. A localização é ótima, perto de mercado, transporte público e pontos turísticos a 20 minutos de caminhada. Adorei e recomendo!

Pods and room are very clean, likely because they don’t allow food in the bedrooms. The washrooms are individual (one sink, one toilet, in each washroom) with plenty of space for changing. Shower stalls have room to change and two hooks. Shower room is kept very warm.

It was my first time staying at a Hostel and couldn’t have had a better experience. Loved how the pods are so private, never had to wait to take a shower or use the bathroom, kitchen is super useful and handy.
The street is noisy tho, and it was super hot when I stayed there and the ac doesn’t work in the bedrooms so it bothered me at night.
Mind you that when you arrive you don’t look for their number/door on Franklin St, just go to the first door on your right going up Austin St.
The area is safe and plenty of public transportation close by. There is also Whole Foods and Walgreens close to the Hostel so you can buy frozen food, to get to good restaurants you’d have to walk a bit more.

Easy late check in. Staff was helpful and friendly. Washrooms and showers were clean. Bed was acceptable. Top bunk was a bit hard for me to get in and out at night but I managed. The 4-bed room was clean. Large locker (bring your own lock). Communal lounge room had a fridge, filtered water, tea, cups, etc. My biggest complaint was the lack of AC. My last day was brutally hot for SF in the high 80s and the room did not cool down until past midnight. Otherwise, I liked my stay. Where are you going to find a clean, safe place to sleep and shower for that kinda price? Definitely recommend Nap York SF.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Entire property smelled like urine. The neighborhood is in a horrible place. Rules while in the hostel include no food and drink and no talking on the phone. Almost zero opportunities to be social. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Not only stains but fresh smudges of what appeared to be bodily fluids as well. Management is horrible. I explained a long list of short comings and their only response was “no refunds”. In no way shape or form addressed the issues presented. DO NOT STAY HERE.
