No basic amenities and not a comfortable stay. Staff is very unfriendly and not welcoming. Linens and Towels were dingy and dirty.

There was not hot water on showers in either my room or my friends rooms. Pool was heated that is nice.

Great and beautiful place.

My wife and I visited this hotel multiple times the last few years and have loved the location and atmosphere the place has. It has everything to be a perfect get-away place. Gym, Spa, Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. This past Christmas we did just that, yet the food was horrible and that is putting it lightly. We were extremely disappointed in the food along with the service. The excuse they used was because it was Christmas and staff was limited. At that point, please close the restaurant. Food that was suppose to be cold - was warm and food that was suppose to be hot was warm. A perfect combination for bacteria, the staff tried their best, yet there is only so much you can do. The bar was limited and when asked questions about their liquor options, they were confused on what to recommend. I was very fond of this place as this is where I asked my wife to marry me and her hand, and to come back to this place and have a horrible experience - is heartbreaking. I hope management pick things back up for our very unlikely next visit.

Todo el lugar súper bonito pero el servicio de restaurante pésimo, súper lentos para todo, llevar el menú, tu platillo, servilletas, bebidas, saleros, incluso para cobrar tu cuenta después de una hora de espera se molestan. Tienes literal que levantarte de la mesa para pedirles todo.

Rebasaron mis expectativas, el llegar es bonito, la comida genial pero el servicio es espectacular!!! Desde Joel al recibir a la gente, personal de restaurant, de cuartos son geniales en atención a clientes. Felicito a quien recluta son personas muy buenas y deben tener buenas políticas de retención de los mejores colaboradores porque son todos

nos encanto el servicio del personal, la hacienda esta hermosa y bien conservada, un sitio tranquilo, cerca de leon, Gto, lagos de moreno etc...ideal para aprender historia de México...las instalaciones del SPA muy buenas y a precio justo, el show de caballos y visita a centro Fox..excelente...un lugar muy recomendable para unas vacaciones o un fin de seman No me gusto, hay mosquitos por los jardines que entran a la habitación cuando hacen el aseo...no es problema solo lleven insecticida
