샌디에고 여행 후 레고랜드 가기에는 좋은 위치였습니다. 다만 방의 청결도가 약간 아쉬웠고 조식이 그닥 맛이 없었습니다. 하지만 가격 대비 괜찬았습니다~

The location was good but the breakfast was not good and one of the room ac don’t work good. One of the room shower was not good and working well

I have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job. How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.

空間大含早餐，每天有人清理垃圾

아침식사가 제공된다고 했는데 코로나로 to go만 가능한데 빵종류가 너무 없음. 주스, 우유 등 음료는 있으나.직원에게 이야기를 해서 가져가는 방식이라 믾이 먹고 싶어도 한개만 가져갈 수 밖에 없는 냉냉한 공기가 느껴짐.

There were roaches in both of our rooms that we were assigned too and spoke to management (about it in the morning and he completely dismissed our concerns and began to tell us that there was nothing he could do about it. We feel very disappointed and concerned about our travel bags and have to now inspect all of our garments and thoroughly insure that none of our clothes or bags have any roaches. This has been a very disappointing stay !

The hotel had no elevator and the a/c in my room stopped working. I asked for a discount due to the condition of the room and was declined. This was the worst hotel i ever stayed in.

Worst hotel ever. Terrible service! They treat their customers badly. And this property is dirty. We requested for them to mop the floor because of visible shoe markings but they decline it. Where can you find a hotel that don’t want to mop the floor for a new guest. Do not ever book in this hotel, the staff is also terrible and very mean, the front desk, named Vipul response to my request: “You are not sleeping on the floor?!” Where can you find that kind of response? If that’s how they are in cleanliness, you better check the bed, there might be bed bugs too. Yuck! They are ruining the brand name and reputation of this hotel.

Everything was Good Late night checking & Check out early Just for Sleeping stay , Didn’t use Any Aminities

Customer service was great, the beds were a little hard and the bathtub looked a little dirty. Other than that it was good.

Out of all available room they gave me room weirdly in corner space front of ice machine, I could literally reach ice machine standing front of door. Constant ice dispensing noise through evening. I asked front desk clerk his reply SORRY ABOUT THAT !!!

Very disappointed with ******* and this property the comfort inn hotel in hotel. The property is a 7 out of 10 on ******* but the Google reviews tell a different story. After our first day, with the family of five showering mold, appeared all over the restroom. We immediately checked out for the well-being of our children. Was informed by the front desk lady (ash) we would be refunded just to call the manager (Rosh) the day after. Once talking to the manager, he refused to refund me stating I should’ve mentioned the mold the first day, when in fact, the mold appeared the second day after everyone showered. Extremely unsatisfied with his hotel. Do not stay here.

Safe and conveniently located close to the freeway. Rooms have been somewhat updated. Although they could've installed an exhaust in our bathroom. Free hot breakfast was a big plus. Stress free check in/out.

Nice and affordable place for a quick stay. Gets the job done if you need a place to shower and sleep.
