Stains everywhere, wifi that work fantastic in the lobby but barely works ever in the room, a spider taking resident in the vanity mirror, location not only far away from most locations you would want to go and with unfriendly surrounding area discouraging walking, there is a parking fee for the hotel if you decide to drive here, and there is no provided shuttle out of the area if you didn't. Despite this, the service wasn't that bad. I had to check in later than I wanted to, the check in was speedy, my toilet clogged when I went to use it the first time but they fixed it within ten minutes of me letting them know of it. The keycard stopped working at one point but they replaced it without much hassle. There was this one time I was a little concerned about the security of the rooms, as I left my keycard in the room the morning after I had it replaced since I forgot to put it in my wallet, and I went to let them know. They asked for the room number, and then just gave me the card. No checks about who I was or anything. They didn't check anything on the computer, nor had I seen them before, so my guess is they would've given me the card to that room regardless of who I was, and would've given the keycard to anyone that claimed to be in that room, which given the area worries me a bit. The one time my room was tidied up I found everything I left exactly as I left it which I was a little worried about earlier. And the check out was very quick. The breakfast was about what you would expect for a hotel, not any fancy 5-star dining experiances but definetly enough who just wants a quick bite to eat before starting the day. All in all, if you are not concerned about the potential security risk or the mixed wifi reception or lack of provided services to shuttle to surrounding areas or the stains all over the place, this place is an affordable and hospitable place to stay for a week. And also, the blackout curtains are behind the transparent ones. Took me two nights of blinding light from outside to realize that, im not sure if thats really unusual or if I just didn't realize it before

The hotel is at a prime location that is close to a lot of attractions. The amenities were cool, the services were also good. When there was a problem with AC in the middle of the night, they even sent a technician. The breakfast was also good. But we were a group of 6 people, and few of us had early flights. So by the check-in time when few people had arrived, even after verifying the person under whose name the room was booked, the other people weren’t allowed to check-in, which was very pathetic. Then why go through all the trouble of verifying everything through phone call? What if the stay at the room was a gift?

We had a horrible experience. It was our family vacation, first of all they were sold out and they said they didn’t have our second room. After trip.com helped me with that, they gave me the rooms. I can’t even start with the smell of the rooms, it was horrible!!!!!!!!!! Everything in that hotel is WRONG!!!!! the smell in the hallways I can’t even describe it. First and last time for sure!!!

Couldn’t even tell you what the room was like, the amenities, or what could have been a positive review since we didn’t have a room. They overbooked and couldn’t give us a room after I had booked the room 1 month ago and was not made aware that we didn’t have a room after making our long trip. The attendants were nice and professional, I can say that at least. Just waiting for my refund. Would have been nice to get a gas voucher too for the long drive we made.

I loved staying here at comfort inn and suites, it was easy find and right off the freeway as well and accessible to many places and close to the bay as well. The hotel was nice and clean and staff were friendly. The pool was amazing and hot tub was relaxing. I will recommend to others and I will be booking here again soon.

Stained linen and carpet, TV doesn't change channels, ac only half works. Guests upstairs are super loud, sounds like a pack of elephants. Lady that checked us in was rude. Bathroom is tiny for a family suite. Only 2 trash cans.
