Not a 4 star by any standard. Rooms are small. They are hot even when it is 40f out side. You have to open a window to keep them cool. Then you get street noise. No way to control temp. You shower whole bathroom is wet. Room is to small way to small. Bed is to singles pushed together. Location is the only good thing.

The assigned room #110, on the 1st floor, had a view to a tiny yard full of split air conditioning compressors (10 units) and two other unknown noisy engines (photos). Room area was 9sqm (less than 100 sq feet). No air conditioning inside despite W orientation to sunset, 29 degrees Celsius and no fridge for fresh water. Toilet had neither window nor ventilation. They gave us a noisy old fan (see photo). Excuse for not changing room was full occupancy. Manager José María only showed up late next morning claiming that Stars awarded did not follow international rules but "depended on different criteria". Only after informing him about our online claim to local Tourism authorities he change his speech and "kindly offered a new room, with AC, fridge, right área, and ventilated Toilet. ROOM #110 and upper *10 tiny rooms should not be sold as belonging to a 4star hotel. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY #10 ROOM NO MATTER THE FLOOR.

NEVER STAY THERE! I originally booked at another hotel (Cristal ) the day before they cancelled on me and just sent my booking to this hotel. With a "discount" 3 days later I was charged triple yes triple!!! I called them to resolve this and was responded by there is nothing they can do, while I sent the 3 extra charges, the response was also very rude! Now I am trying to fix this through my bank, but this situation became extremely frustrating.

The TV did not work. For a bottle of water that waited for us in the room at our arrival they charged us 550( five hundred and fifty) Pesos. Op onze rondreis door Argentinië en Chili 3 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Wat een verschrikking, oud, versleten en gammel. De badkamer kon er mee door, maar de inrichting van de kamer met een losstaande soort van kast was treurig. Geen kluisje en geen airco. De vriendelijkheid van het receptiepersoneel kan ook beter. Geen minimaal water beschikbaar in het hotel.

Hotel tem ótima localização porém não entendemos o motivo 4 estrelas. Vamos lá! O hotel não tem identificação na fachada, ao chegarmos não tinha concierge nem ao menos um carrinho para colocar as malas. Sem estacionamento, ou seja, você não consegue nem ao menos parar na porta do hotel para descer as malas, carga e descarga por exemplo. Café da manhã simples sem variedade, igual todos os dias, o básico - ovos mexidos, salsicha, pão de forma, uma salada de frutas sem graça, bolos e croissant doces, café coado e algumas opções de iorgutes, frutas (maça e banana) visivelmente sem higienização, pouca opção pela categoria e sem contar que chegamos para tomar café 30 minutos antes de encerrarem já não tinha ovos mexidos e também falaram que não iriam repor. Acústica externa,ok! Maaaaas a acústica interna, terrível! Calefação, controlada pelo hotel, teve dias que passamos frio e dias que passamos calor que abrimos a janela do quarto. Quartos pequenos, banheiro dotado de banheira pequena com grande de dificuldade de movimentar. Grande dificuldade de comunicação com o hotel. Piscina foi o grande susto, água turva e espumando, decepção da criançada que estava com esperança de descansar. Zero acessibilidade.
