Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, my only criticism is that the wall paper in the bedroom needs replacing as it very marked, it’s great that it’s over 18 years old to, staff are lovely very friendly and work very hard, I read reviews before coming and it said the food is repetitive well I can say the food is really good and always hot , you wait a long time to get a drink that’s the only let down

The hotel was extremely clean. The food was delicious with an extensive choice for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. Lovely welcome when we arrived with a complementary drink. There were plenty of loungers available around the pool area. The room was spacious with a lounge area, balconny, good size bathroom and bedroom. There was a coffee machine and we requested a kettle which we received streaight away. Some nice touches included such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries and towels provided to uses around the pool. The accomodation is approx 10 min walk to the beach and is situated between the harbour and marina which are both approx 15 minute walk away. The beach was lovely and once again plenty of loungers which cost 12 euros for 2 loungers and a sunshade. The supermarket opposite the hotel was closed when we stayed there. Definitely recommend this property.

Just as the title says really, this hotel is in no way 4 star. The rooms are tired, grubby and dated. The air conditioning units are extremely noisy and don't cool the room less than 21 degrees, so I'd hate to be staying here in the height of summer. The couch in the room was just absolutely filthy. Disgusting actually. Ants were crawling over the walls. Floor tiles were smashed and cracked. The shower flooded and the bathroom was soaked although in fairness this was rectified by maintenance very quickly. The balcony was never swept of all the leaves during the entire stay. The food was grim. Breakfast was repetitive and boring. Dinner was exactly the same. The food was lukewarm so by the time you got back to your table, it was cold. Such a small selection overall and completely disappointing. The 2 pools are grubby. Need a good clean and to be painted. Some positives: The staff were lovely and always happy to help. The grounds were kept immaculate. Plenty of parking on tbe Street outside if you hire a car. Short walk to the beach and shops. No blasting music by the pool every day which was great. I wouldn't return here unless it had a full refurbishment.

Such a shame. So looking forward to our holiday at the H10 White Suites. Everything we wanted and was exactly as shown when we arrived. Adults only, clean, small number of two storey buildings with a max of 194 rooms, small & intimate. Central walking distance to town & amenities. Booked half board so we could enjoy the town & local food & life. On arrival, greeted by the hotel PR Jhoan Lema, who informed us that they did not have a room. This was due to delayed works in block 4 some suites out of action. NO ONE told us before we travelled. He then said we were being moved to the H10 Rubicon Palace, he tried to sell this as an upgrade. As we extensively research our holidays, we were already aware of this hotel & completely discounted it as a destination. To add insult, Jhoan offered all inclusive & superior room at NO extra cost to us! We continuously asked why there was not a room as booked, especially as whilst sitting in reception, other guests were being booked in from the same package we booked, Jhoan stated that was the reservation team decision. This was not acceptable & we therefore returned home having wasted 24 hours getting nowhere but upset! Appalling to be told on arrival, we have no holiday & seemed more of an easy get out to expect us to settle for their alternative instead of cancelling the holiday beforehand. Very hard sitting in the hotel to , as we thought, start our holiday and watching others being given rooms to enjoy their holiday. This was a special occasion for us which has left us soo upset!!! Note to anyone. Make sure you have a booked room in writing the day before you travel!!!

Overall I would say the H10 has been a great holiday. As a solo traveller I felt at ease and comfortable throughout. I was all inclusive and was very much impressed with the meals at the Bamboo restaurant. I do not agree with reviews about long wait times, but of course there will be a few minutes wait at the hot grill station. The Italian a la carte restaurant was fantastic, you have to visit! The poolside bar is great, with attentive staff. During the day and at night the queues here can be quite long. The room was lovely and clean. Poolside is lovely with plenty of sun loungers, plus all patios and balconies have their own sun lounger and chairs if you want your own space. A lot of renovation is happening at the hotel, from my observations upgrading flooring and furniture in rooms, I personally think this is great as it shows investment. The staff overall are pleasant and go out of their way to ensure you have all you need. The reason I only gave 4/5 is due to the late check out process. On my day of arrival at 11pm I was being checked in and I asked about late check out, I was advised to do this the day before I left. To note my check in was rushed and not personal, as the greeter was pre occupied dealing with something else. (A plate of food was waiting for me in the restaurant, nice touch) The day before my departure at around 2pm I asked about late check out but was asked to come back at dinner time. At dinner time I was told this was not possible and had to vacate my room at 12pm, I was being picked up at 7pm. I understand the need to prepare rooms but I do not see how this is not known in advance, surely the majority of bookings are made at least a week in advance. I was offered to store my luggage and book a shower for 30 minutes. The greeter suggested I come back the morning of my departure day to get further update. No joy I’m afraid. This one thing has truly put a dampener on a lovely week at H10.

Well we Had an Absolutely amazing time once again at the H10 White Suites. This was our 30th Time we have been to the Hotel. From the moment you walk through the Door until you leave. The Staff make you feel welcome. The Reception Staff are always Helpful and friendly. The Restaurant Staff are absolutely wonderful. Also the Bar Staff in the Lobby Bar or Pool Bar are Always So Friendly. Mouloud in the Lobby Bar is absolutely amazing simple the Best Barman by far. The Entertainment in the afternoon and evening is fantastic we enjoyed every Act. Jhoan the Guest Relations manager is also there ready to help in any way he can. He is a Wonderful young man. So All in All the H10 White Suites is Simply the Best. Thank you everyone who Works there. You are all The Best.

Staff and location of hotel is the reason why we keep returning to this outstanding hotel. Marcel gave a very informative group check in speech and we were greeted with a glass of bubbly. Johan, the customer liaison manager will always try to solve your queries, he is professional & approachable all of the time and a big thank you from us both for arranging my birthday treat. All reception staff including Roxanne are always very polite and nothing is too much trouble. Fulvio, the bell hop is constantly on the go with transporting cases and will ask if you need help at any time (love your smile). Restaurant food was amazing with plenty of choice at breakfast & evening meal with the staff forever helpful especially Sylvia, who greets you like an old friend. Mahmood in the bar was also so friendly and polite. Cleaners, gardeners and maintenance are always on the go. A massive thank you to everyone (including the ones I have forgotten) for the most enjoyable holiday. We will be returning.

We loved this place so much last year that we returned for the May half term . Once again our 8 day stay was exceptional from start to finish. Staff, facilities , room , food and entertainment all excellent . I am flabbergasted by some of the petty negative reviews particularly on the food . We would consider ourselves fussy eaters , we like our good food . The choices here are brilliant for breakfast and dinner , absolutely no complaints . We have enough at breakfast to keep us going for the day . No need and too hot for lunch so we never go for fully inclusive . Waste of money unless you want to drink all day and night . We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing ( no children) fabulous holiday and we will definitely return again . Love the White Suites Hotel . Thank you guys . You are all amazing . See you next year .
