Newer Property nicely decorated felt like a nice little starter apar**ent. The staff was GREAT, especially Mary at the front desk; I don't have enough words to describe how awesome she is. Only down sides were they might want to consider leather or leatherette chairs/sofas as the fabric ones have some bad staining that cannot be properly cleaned between guests and they need to put sponges in the kitchen so pots can be washed properly, house keep should check dishes as our party had 3 rooms and in all rooms there was food and residue on the dishes, pots, utensils, and drinking glass. Other than that it is a great and affordable place to stay and literally 20 minutes or less from the best San Antonio has to offer.

Staff was nice, especially Krystal. The hotel itself lacks quality although it looks fairly new. Staff leaves at around 7 and doesn't return until the next day. The kitchen dishes are very limited to 4 so you have to wash and rewash to have a meal. Linens on bed looked clean but they didn't smell fresh. Linens and pillow for pull-out sofa were smelly and had marks on them. There are soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower so bring your own. There isn't a sundry, so if you forget something, you'll have to drive. Fortunately this is very close to Lackland and we were there for my son's BMT graduation. The hotel is good enough since we weren't there much of the time. However, when we cooked, it was a headache. The only oven dish they give you is a pizza pan and ours was missing so we had to catch housekeeping and ask. Honestly, if you're low key living and don't mind little kids making noise at night (I'm fine with it), this is an okay place and you can save some money and health since you do have a kitchen.

The AC was out in the room. If you tried to turn on the AC, it would only blow heat. I had to sleep on the couch with the chair holding the door open to the courtyard. We were a late arrival, and the front desk closes, so we notified the front desk the following morning, and asked them not to turn the AC on...they turned it on... We arrived late again from SeaWorld, front desk was closed, room was 85°. Another night on the couch. Asked for the manager the next morning. Was told he would call me, because he didn't work weekends. Never received a call. It was a bargain, but cost in other ways. Would not let me upload pictures.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. For the most part, the hotel has all the amenities we needed for our six-night stay. The area appears very modern with new restaurants nearby as well as new apar**ent complexes and nice homes in the area. Our check-in went well as it was quick with no issues, and we received the type of room we paid for this time. The only disappointing time during our stay was when we experienced the noise from other guests. We were there through New Year's Day and on New Year's Eve, the guests in the room next to us decided to play their music loudly at night and even at 3 a.m. At that point, I did have to knock on the adjoining door to get them to turn the music down so that we could go back to sleep and they did comply. Other minimal noise could be heard throughout our stay, but it wasn't as bad. I would stay at this hotel again despite those issues with the noise.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful for check in/out. The rooms were clean and so was the outdoor seating area. Plenty of parking and the area was nice. Lots of shops and dining nearby. It’s near a highway but I didn’t notice it being excessively loud or disturbing. I would definitely stay here again.

It is spacious but you need to understand the concept. It is not like a hotel. It is like you stay in an small apar**ent type room. The room will not be touched in any way by a cleaner unless you stay for an entire week. There is no breakfast. You will dump your own trash and have to go to the front desk to exchange towels. The front desk has limited hours. There are no paper towels and the soap is very tiny and there is no conditioner. It has a good location and is a nice room, but its best if you understand what is like and aren't expecting a hotel experience.

I am so glad we stayed here. Much better than a hotel room. I would definitely book again.

This is a great, affordable place to stay. Nice rooms and love the extra space.

It was good overall. Very clean, quiet, and would definitely go back. However there was a problem with our reservation. We reserved a king suite a month before our arrival and they didn’t have it at check-in. Not cool.
