Beware this company. First of all this place is NOT handicap accessible. There is no elevator. One member of our group needed an elevator. We were charged $100 for a parking pass that was missing. We did not have a car, so had no use for a parking pass. I have talked to them and they say the matter is closed. Nice customer relations!

Great layout and close to everything we needed. Uber was easy to find out place for things that were further away. Pullout bed was used more than the lofted bed but mainly because we were tired!

Very easy check-in. I requested to check-in early and that process was very quick and easy. Anytime we needed extra amenities, we were able to use the app to get in touch with someone within seconds. The room was clean and we got exactly what we thought we were. As long as you follow the instructions in the app with the location and how to get into the building, you will be fine. I felt very safe the entire time. I will definitely book with Sonder in the future!!

My girlfriend and I planned a weekend trip to SA. We were more than happy to have found this loft. It not only was amazing it was close to everything. Awesome location. Looking forward to staying here again if there is availability in the future!

The overall experience with this place was great! The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy! The little kitchen is perfect if you want to make a meal! All the utensils and cookware was there for you!! It was very nice and I highly recommend this place for your next trip!!

Super nice place to stay! Great location. Very clean. Bed is comfortable. Can’t wait to come back! FREE PARKING! Kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathroom has all the shower stuff you need. Towels and sheets were super soft and comfy. Loved everything about our stay!
