We are repeat customers of this Fairfield Inn. The location was the initial draw, but we experienced excellent service, warm hospitality, and cleanliness beyond the norm. We stayed here this time for 5 days and we will be back the next time we are in San Antonio. This place is a great value.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We needed some help with the TV in our room and they responded immediately. Overall, we are comfortable during our stay.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is always nice. Only issue was with the water pressure while showering. The water pressure was very low and the water temperature was warm and extremely cold.

I love this property, they always take very good care of me. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and its in a convenient location. This is where I call home when I visit San Antonio.

We have stayed at this hotel two times while visiting university hospital. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The hotel is extremely clean and cozy. The staff was excellent. I will continue to book at this hotel for future visits at university hospital.

We wete so impressed wth the manager Tim and the staff. We were here on a nedical visit for my 92 year old mom. Staff was so understanding so comforting and assisted us every step of the way. I highly recommend this hotel. They made us feel comfortable during a very difficult time. Hats off to Fairfield Inn!

The property was well cleaned. The room was as advertised. We did have problems with the television but we just didnt call to have them fix it. The restroom is very spacious and the sheets were soft and smelled great. The continental breakfast was delicious. There was something for everyone.
