모카라 호텔 & 스파(Mokara Hotel & Spa)

Only complaint is the temp of the rooms and hallways. Flooring the halls needs to be replaced. Everything else was great!

I loved everything. Except the bed was too hard. I have a sleep number bed because I like it really soft.

Every single staff member was pleasant and friendly! We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and they sent a fruit and cake platter to the room. Spa services Sensational!

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and we had an amazing time. Everything was great from the staff to the food to our room. I would highly recommend staying at this property and we will definitely be visiting again.

One of my new favorite hotels ever! The level of service from the staff was exceptional. Great spa and rooftop pool, and fantastic room service. The robes and slippers in the room were a delightful treat. And what a fun surprise to have a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk! The only concern was that the excellent rooftop cafe smelled a bit like natural gas, though I did let management know. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

It’s a lovely boutique hotel located on the river walk in San Antonio. The rooms are excellent - everything from the comfortable bed to the stocked refrigerator to the daily water bottles provided to the spacious bathroom with separate spa tub and walk in shower. We had dinner one evening in your restaurant and we were not especially impressed. The waiter was clearly ‘green’ and needed more training. It took an unusually long time for our dishes to arrive once we ordered. We asked our waiter why and did not get a logical answer. He said our order was waiting in line in the kitchen, whatever that meant. We sat on the patio instead of inside and our waiter did not check to see if we needed anything such as another drink, while we waited. For the level of the restaurant and price of the meals I would have expected better service. ***One a positive note, the female bartender made killer chocolate martinis.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Mokara over the Chris**as holiday. The staff, service and amenities were excellent. We spent Chris**as Eve in the rooftop hot tub, overlooking the festively decorated San Antonio Riverwalk. The location is unmatched. Once you walk out of the hotel, you are literally on the Riverwalk only a short distance to many restaurants and stores. We also took advantage of the in-house spa services and enjoyed a couple's massage on one of our first days at the property. Overall the experience was outstanding. We plan on visiting San Antonio again soon, and we will undoubtedly be making accommodations at the Mokara.

They were able to decorate our room with all natural Chris**as garland, wreaths and poinsettias so that our stay during the holidays felt like we were really celebrating Chris**as!
