The staff were super welcoming & cheery. Ready to help through a convenient text message rather than having to call or wait in the lobby. Breakfast was nice, common areas & room were clean. Not much to eat/do on the same side of the highway as the hotel, but plenty on the other side & a bit of a drive away.

Brittany the front desk clerk in the evening. Was amazing very enthusiastic and kind. In our brief interaction she was very helpful. She took a picture of my girlfriend and I for our date night. Great person and even better employee.

Good overall stay with great dining options nearby. Large spacious rooms. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. My only complaint was the hot lobby and elevator area.

The room was a good size, however, the bed was too hard and pillows were horrible. They're too small and I felt I needed 4-5 to be able to sleep comfortable. I woke up so congested because I need to sleep at an angle but the pillows didn't help at all. The room was extremely hot and the a/c unit wasn't working properly. I notified the staff and they stated they would have someone look at it but the following night the room was still hot. The last morning we were there the breakfast was horrible, we went down at 9:00 a.m. and by then the two schools that were there had already bombarded it and there was hardly any food. The counters were dirty and the batter area for waffle machine was disgusting. We notified front desk clerk and she went to the area and seemed very annoyed and we would ask her if there was more food and her reply every time was "whatever we have there" but with an attitude. The hotel knew way in advance that there was going to be two groups of school kids, stock show was going on, and TMEA was going on as well. They should've been prepared with staff and food, for what we paid we should be given a proper breakfast.

Vehicle was broken into. Seems like this is a regular thing at this hotel because my husband noticed broken glass a parking spot and decided to park elsewhere to no avail.The hotel and staff were nice and friendly but now im going to have to pay $$$ in damages to my vehicle.

The location is closed to a lot of stores. I chose it specifically because not only was the rate affordable, but also because it's closed to the airport. The facility smells so clean and good. Beds are comfortable and I love that the room came with microwave and fridge which was an A+ especially traveling with kids. The receptionist was super friendly, accommodating and hospitable. She made our stay feel so homey and comfortable. Her name is Brittany. This Hampton Inn and Suites is definitely recommendable.

There were a few little things I noticed about our room but they can be fixed, but overall our room smelled good, no cigarette smoke, our check in was delayed a little bit but Brittany at the front desk made everything very easy for us, and she was very kind! If we come back to visit San Antonio we will definitely have this hotel on our minds and recommend anyone to stay here.

I'm very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was amazingly friendly especially, Tracy, the front desk host. A delicious hot breakfast buffet was a special perk! Most definitely will visit again.
