Amazing experience:)

The stay was okay, but I would not stay again. It was not the fault of the hotel. It was outside circumstances that affected our stay. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer. The room and beds were comfortable, although the grout in the bathroom was a bit torn up. The starbucks coffee and bistro was a positive experience as well. However, there was street racing that woke us up the first night of our stay. It was extremely loud and lasted a while. Also the neighborhood was not the greatest. The hotel even had a sign warning that they have had car break ins. This made me not able to relax and enjoy the stay. I kept worrying about my vehicle.

Overall hotel stay was just ok. Too much road noise can be heard in room. Windows had filmy haze, you couldn't see out to monitor vehicle. And you wanted to due to vehicles being broken into. Refrigerator in room didn't work. Lighting in bathroom was giving off constant buzzing noise, drove you nuts. Had to sleep with AC on continuously to drown out the noises. You could hear ice machine in hallway plus others walking to elevator. Hotel needs updating, areas were missing wallpaper, need grout in flooring. One thing i thought was absolutely nasty especially when we're still in times of Covid pandemic is that in shower, there were containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. These are not replaced after each stay, only when bottles are empty and numerous hands have touched. Would i stay here again? For the price, nope. I could have stayed nicer for cheaper or even downtown for around same price.

Took us forever to get checked in… sign at desk saying be aware of break ins… area was sketchy… paper thin walls. It was just ok. We won’t be staying again

Would not stay here but staff was accommodating. Decided not to stay at this location after checking in. Staff was reasonably accommodating.

If you are okay to skip breakfast and if you don't intend to ask for any sort of help from front desk, this is a good option. I stayed here for two nights with my family. Check in process was smooth, room cleanliness was al right. The major let down was the breakfast. We were told it would be grab and go breakfast. Between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. whenever I went for breakfast I could only see empty carts and no coffee. I waited for 10 minutes hoping to get some help. No one was there at front desk. I was not alone. I could See many other guests being disappointed just like me. I actually paid more for the breakfast option. Had I known this would happen I would have opted out of breakfast. The beds were good. We had peaceful sleep. parking facilities were good .Those were the positives. It is value for money minus breakfast.

My stay was a quick two nights. Mostly business. Ty was fantastic. She was helpful, welcoming, engaging. I felt like she was there all the time!

Very comfortable hotel near plenty of shopping. Decent food is nearby as well. The area seems very safe and not overly noisy. The hotel itself is comfortable and not noisy. It definitely isn't one of the new Courtyards for sure. It's seen some better days all the way around on the inside. It definitely doesn't feel to me like a Marriott property. I've stayed in plenty of these around the country and they were always clean and meticulously maintained. This one is more on par with a budget hotel in it's maintenance and repair. Just the little details here and there like patched ceilings, missing letters on the walls, etc. That aside, it's still a nice hotel with a great price.
