We sat down and had a couple of drinks at the bar and Roffe helped us and was amazing chatted and suggested drinks and chatted with us all night he was very helpful I asked him about thing we could do in San Antonio as it was our 2nd time here he suggested several bars and places to visit. I will return

Spent 2 nights here in June 2024, very nice property great location BUT the best experience was with the staff. Everyone was extremely friend, which I realized was ubiquitous in the San Antonio culture, the valet, Valerie at the front desk and Ray at the Concierge desk were so helpful and so nice. We walked into the lounge 5 minutes before they closed at 10 pm and the two ladies were genuinely happy to see us. But the all time winner of the nice award was Jennifer in the restaurant, which by the way is awesome for breakfast, she treated us like members of her family. We looked forward to seeing her every morning. This property is on the Riverwalk and three blocks from the Alamo. I stay in Marriott properties 75 to 100 nights per year for many years and this is one of my all-time favorites due to the nice people.

Best hotel staff and accommodation experience of our lives. Desk, concierge, restaurant, Cafe, housekeeping. All 110%+! Recognized our anniversary with a personal touch. Linda, Jesse, Sharon, Alan, many more that we can't recall. Kudos to the best staff. We are bonvoy titanium members and proud to call this hotel our favorite.

Roffe at the lobby bar was great and makes the best espresso martini! All staff was nice and rooms were clean and comfortable. Your location was very convenient to the Riverwalk and all it has to offer. If we San Antonio again, we would definitely stay here.

What a great location! The room was very comfortable and you can access the San Antonio Riverwalk from the hotel. the Alamo is only a few minutes away. Their breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options but best of all my waiter Felipe M shared San Antonio history and information on upcoming festivities.

We received the best wellcoming and servuce at the front desk since we arrived, Yajaira and Destiny treated us like royalty, the hotel is beautiful and very well located but the service beat all... 11/10 without a doubt!! Breakfast buffet was great the omelet section on Jesses hands was perfect, Honestly, everyone was the best!!

Catrina (our server) as incredible. Just enough table touching we felt taken care of and not so much it was disruptive. She was friendly and welcoming in a way that was so infectiously genuine. She also (maybe accidentally) rescued us from our unfortunate table partner by getting us the bill ASAP when we asked. Catrina is a gem and someone to look up to in work ethic and customer care. Thank you Catrina for your help and hard work. You are appreciated. Keep enjoying the ranch dressing! Jenn

The hotel is great and the balcony view is amazing. The staff are also really friendly. You feel safe and the service is exceptional. Riverwalk was at the doorstep. Fernando, the server at the bar downstairs provided impeccable service. I recommend it.

I go frequently to an annual seminar which takes place across the street at the Marriott Rivercenter. I much prefer the Riverwalk. The rooms are much larger and have been beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms are ingeniously designed and the staff is excellent at every level.
