Nice quiet

Amazing property, bargain, great location. Felt totally safe. Real close to SeaWorld. Nothing wrong at all. Totally recommend. Best hotel I've stayed at in years!!

The desk staff were nice, the facilities were ok, but I’m miffed that we never, not once, had our room cleaned. WTH. No beds were made, nothing. We called for towels after the first day and I let them know no one cleaned so they delivered a large bag of towels and coffee that we used the rest of the stay. Aside from no cleaning service, the rest of the stay was nice/fine. We were off season so there weren’t many people out at the pool. We went down the lazy river, which was nice, the pool was ok, jacuzzi was luke warm at best. D+?

The hotel was great, the room was new and very nice, the pools were heated and very nice. We had a great stay. The staff were excellent- anything we needed they helped us straight away. The curtain rail in our room had an issue and they fixed it without us even having a chance to tell them. It’s next to sea work and all sorts of shops. Thee a small Walmart up the road. So only good things to say about the place.

My daughter & I stayed for a weekend. It was a nice place. Not the most modern & some areas could use some renovations &/or enhancements. However, our room was very clean, the beds comfy & the staff was wonderful. A guest host did try to rope me into a session about the vacation club, but backed-off without too much pressure. The mini-golf offered is actually just a big, nice putting green. Overall, a nice place for a family getaway…

This hotel is more like a ranch, not much related on how it looks on the pictures. Was so looking forward for the fire pit in the main patio and was never on for 3 nights I was there neither the patio lights 👎 is ok if you just want to go and relax somehow. but place is not really a resort.

We had a terrible stay because the room was not tidy and they gave us a pee´d bed by some previous guests, when we complained they suggested our kids had made the bed wet which of course was not true since our kids never even sat on that bed. Completely unhygienic and impolite, the reason for us to report it was for no other guest to suffer the same experience and they more worried about blaming someone than reviewing their faults.

Our stay was a lot of fun! There are so many activities to do as a family. I would recommend going for a multiple-day stay.
