호텔 포르토벨로 컨벤션 센터(Hotel Portobelo Convention Center)

Qué experiencia tan mala. Pocos hoteles tan regulares como éste. Nos sentimos engañados asaltados en la buena fe. Nos vendieron los servicios de un hotel con Wi-Fi, con gimnasio, con televisión y no tenía nada de eso. El Wi-Fi no entraba en la habitación, el televisor estaba malo, el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar. Los baños olía a humedad. Sinceramente fue una estafa *********. Claro que comunicaré y me quejare ante la superintendencia de industria y comercio y a Cotelco por la publicidad engañosa que *********mente hacen. Si miran la página del hotel verán como lo promociona con servicios que no tiene, no tienen piscina no tiene gimnasio, y gran parte del hotel no tiene Wi-Fi. No volvería allí por nada del mundo 

Just across the street you will have the best coralline white beach at the Caribbean. Excellent for swimming, diving, snorkling or just relaxing with a cold Colombian beer in your hands. Excellent prices. With the same money you have to spend in North American or Europe daily you can stay 3 or 4 days in San Andres Island.

Towels for the beach will add convenience

The location is good because it is a few steps away from the beach. However, we were transferred to another hotel from the chain, which was three blocks away from the beach. We did not have a say in the change, it was just done by the hotel upon check-in time. We were changed to Portobelo Plaza Las Americas.

I never had staff being so confrontational with guest. This hotel should really tell staff to calm down. The aggression that I had from a member of staff is beyond. Yes, mask should be worn, yes, we all should follow the rules, but there should also be a human touch to very thing we do. We can forget words and places, but we never forget the way people make us feel. And this lady at this hotel has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome here, just because I didn’t have a face mask. IF that is so important they should provide mask at the entrance. I would actually like to forward this as a formal complaint as I never felt this unkindness from anyone when I’m Choosing to stay at this place. I feel that my second day at san Andrés now has a terrible flavour due to the behaviour of this lady Claudia Lupegui. If I could I’ll move from this hotel. Don’t stay here.

Friendly people but hotel is like a motel in the US. Nothing especial to talk about. It’s conveniently located.

Location to the beach and an excellent breakfast with an attentive wait staff. Will stay there again.
