데카메론 아쿠아리움 - 올 인클루시브(Decameron Aquarium - All Inclusive)

I give this hotel an average status due to its personnel which elevated it greatly. Food, whilst not bad, wasn't great either. Specially when it comes to deserts. My main concern is with the hotel installations. They clearly lack maintenance. Unless you stay in the newest tower with the elevator, you will notice the rooms are incredibly deteriorated. Initially got a room in one of the older ones and after changing to the newer one it was a completely different experience. Not a bad place to stay at thanks to everyone but definitely be aware of these facts.

Beautiful room, wonderful staff, we had absolutely great dives everyday with 50+ feet visibility and lots of beautiful fish including a hammerhead. The seafood restaurant is the best and it's included your all inclusive meal. See the view of the restaurant from our room

Check-in was a joke. Go here and then there they can't find your reservation. Food was nothing to write home about. The complex needs a major facelift. The only reason I gave them a 2 was because of Felipe at the front door. He was the man. Helped with recommendations and the ladies for the tours. They helped plan our daily fun.

They go into youre room to clean and they check on youre wallet to see if you have cash and personal items and later a contruction worker goes in thru the balcony and take some money and leave the rest to make you think you still have all youre money, food only pork every day and they only give you 2 little pieces.

Not as good as they advertise it, premises are a little old, it’s obvious that there is a lack of interest on the guests, and guest services are really low quality. I certainly would not return :( wish it was better, in general I would say “disappointed”

The Check in process was a joke. Go here go there to get your room. Food was not of good quality. Rooms as well as complex needs a face lift. Only reason I have them a 2 was for a few folks. Felipe at the door was the man. He was very helpful and always attentive. The ladies at the tour guide office helped us and was very honest about the tours.

Poor food quality and variety, check-in process is a real pain, room bathroom in bad shape with constant bad odors. I don’t recommend this hotel there are plenty of better alternatives outside. Street food is the best. The hotel is very crowded and it is very difficult to get a reservation in sea food, italian and Tahi restaurants.

This place is actually horrible and a scam, I’m pretty sure the good reviews are fake and probably paid for. DO NOT GO. This place is super unhygienic and old. Even for free this place smells of mold everywhere and has no maintenance to it which is unhealthy to say the least. The rooms are disgusting and horrible and it seems as if they are all the same. They try to act like their “new” building is better but it genuinely isn’t. They charge you premium prices for a very bad experience. I went to a cheaper hotel walking distance away for the same price. It was astronomically better. They should be a shame of theirselves for putting people to sleep in those rooms. Food is DISGUSTING!!!!!
