I had a last moment work related matter to attend to. Roshni helped me out with the booking and saw to it that I got a quiet room for my meeting. She is calm, helpful and eager to make the stay of the guest a memorable one. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

Very pathetic service yesterday I called room service to order a grill sandwich but I waited ***** it did not come*,,,and after waiting 1:30 hour I followed up by calling again then said it is on the way but again I called after 15 minutes then they said ur order was placed ,, it was like disappointing for me,,,,,I called at reception also but even they did not concerned about it,,,house keeping akshy Kumar is a very nice person ,,He is very humble for guest ,,,my room number 610

Recently I visited its Restaurant Sudama. I am on Italian Low Nickel Diet and corn-free diet.The staff and Executive Chef Sharad approached us with a warm smile and confidence to serve ILND food. I ate delicious starter Mushroom Multani and for the main course mixed veg. Chef Sharad even shared the recipes.He even told me to bring nickel free utensils next time. Thank you all.

I have visited this hotel more than 5 times at least. Every time there is a drop in the quality of services offered. When I visited last time, Wifi was not working, lines were unclean and smelly. I informed this at reception but no one arrived to solve this issue. Food was decent but a little expensive considering the quality provided.
