入住時免費升級至小套房，房間真不錯，服務人員態度也好。唯一不滿意的就是早餐，進餐大廳很漂亮，但早餐實在是沒啥吃的，而且除了咖啡之外，基本上都是冷的，酒店真的需要改進這點。

I moved to the HOTEL BERNINA after my husband had an accident whilst we were in Switzerland and broke his leg. This hotel is a 10 minute walking distance from the local hospital so was ideal for me for daily visits. I cannot thank all the staff highly enough during my stay. Each and every member from reception staff, to all the bar/restaurant were so attentive and available for our every need. When my husband was finally discharged they had provided a room with this in mind with excellent studio space and showering facilities to aid him and his recovery. I do not know what I would have done without their assistance. I can't recommend the staff and service highly enough, they were amazing. Breakfast itself is also an experience in the Grand reception room with live Pianist/music. Just beautiful. Views are also splendidly breathtaking! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality.

Our family of five (children ages 7, 9, and 11) visited Samedan from New York for a long weekend. We planned the trip on a bit of a whim and were unsure of what to expect. We could not have been happier with our selection of Hotel Bernina 1865! The location was a convenient walk from the train station (and let it be said that the train ride from Zurich through UNESCO World Heritage sites is an adventure in and of itself). Ski equipment rental and a very helpful tourism office are located directly across from the main hotel entrance, along with a post office and ATM. The bus to all points of mountain access (Celerina, St. Moritz tram to Corvilia, Signal gondola, etc.) is immediately across from the hotel as well. Mineralbad spa was within a five minute walk; Coop and Migros were also nearby for quick and delicious take away meal options when we didn't want to sit down at a restaurant. It could not be more convenient! Samedan is quainter and quieter than St. Moritz, which we appreciated as we were traveling with young children and not really looking for a wild apres ski scene. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the multitude of languages spoken by the staff of both the Bernina and other local establishments. It was very easy and stress free to get help in English (and my kids got to practice a little German and Italian as well). We loved the room we chose, a 3- bedroom 3.5 bath apartment with a full kitchen on the upper level of the hotel. This allowed us plenty of space and the ability to eat in our own quarters when we desired while still enjoying the house keeping benefits of a hotel. Decor was all wooden and evoked exactly the feeling you'd want in a ski chalet home! Hubby loved watching trains come and go and the private air ***** we could see from our room. All in all we could not have asked for more from this hotel - highly recommended!

Overall ok. Good location with easy public transportation access to get to st moritz/skiing. Nice staff. Clean. Not the most updated. For us, beds uncomfortable (hard/too short) and heat too high.

This is a lovely hotel that reminds the old good times when there was real care for the guests through the qualified staff members. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly and attentive, and the dining hall was beautiful. Extremely good price/quality ratio. One of the best hotels if you want to enjoy this beautiful region.

Really great hotel and design, clean, had an upgrade to a room in the main building which was a surprise! Balcony overlooking the train station. Bear in mind it’s a bit of a hill walking up to the hotel from Samedan station but it’s a short 5 minute walk. Short train to St Moritz.

Magnificent old but renovated resort hotel in Samedan very near St Moritz. Spectacular breakfasts in the main dining room with the Swiss Alps as backdrop. Staff is alert and they cater to every wish. We recommend getting to the dining room early as crowds are raring to go skiing and seek first tracks. I bring a chromecast (any electronics store will have this cheap accessory) to each hotel to ensure the streaming solutions of choice to relax after a long skiing day and after a nice dinner. Trains run frequently from Samedan to st Moritz and the local Bahnhofs are very convenient. In fact I traveled from Samedan Bahnhof all the way to Gare du Lyon in Paris. Have fun! A local convenient bus will shuttle to and from all nearby areas including right to the Corvatch tramway. A lovely rejuvenated resort hotel persists!
