From hospitality to friendship - The staff goes all out to fulfill the needs of the clients Operates as a true pension, offering full course breakfast The hotel serves a varied clientele, from kitchen use/refrigerator for leftovers and cooking. Felt as if I was at a five star hotel with moderate prices Room with private bath had all the amenities - AC overhead fan and very comfortable bed. It is an oasis of friendship, comfort and great hospitality

A little rundown and tired. Could do with some maintenance and a deep clean. Although, staff were friendly and helpful.

I love this place! You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone in the hospitality industry in Samara that are nicer, more accommodating, more helpful or friendly than the staff at Pension Playa Samara. Highly recommended for your next trip to Samara.

Pension Playa Samara was a great place to stay. The overall vibe is a travelers lodge, and other guests were friendly and informative. There are nice sitting areas for hanging out. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The A/C works great, plus a ceiling fan. The breakfast they provide was delicious and fresh. The location was excellent for easy access to the beach, restaurants or shops. It was a safe and quiet area. I would definitely come back here. This place is excellent value for the money.

STAY AWAY, I CANNOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. This is a very noisy hotel. People were continuously showering in the shared bathroom next to my room all night long 230am-4am and talking in the hallway loudly and inconsiderately. The ad did not mention a shared bathroom but I still agreed to stay here after I was told on check-in that only one room across the bathroom was occupied and that was the room who was making all the bathroom noise for hours, from 230am to 4am. I had room 2, next to the shared bathroom. Very rude time to shower and loudly open and close doors. I could hear the faucet knob squeaking everytime they used it which was a lot. I even knocked on my wall to indicate they were loud but that didn't help at all. It only got quiet after 4am but it was too late for me to relax and sleep by that time. I hardly slept here and checked out very early.

Nice breakfast with help-yourself coffee. Super staff. Peaceful central gathering area and pool. Perfect location surrounded by plenty of dining, beach, grocery, tour, misc options. Had a wonderful time!

Pension Playa Sámara is wonderful! Low-key, a short walk from town center and the beach. Well-run and welcoming. Not fancy but definitely pura vida.

Simple, family-friendly option very close to the beach, with decent wifi and breakfast included.
