Beautiful hotel with a clean beach and excellent views of the island of Levantado.

Worst Bahia Principe resort, this hotel is NOTall inclusive and not advertised clearly when booking. We had to pay $70.00 daily just to be able to have lunch dinner and limited to only Presidente beer. Menu at the buffet and lunch was very limited and the service at lunch was terrible. Having to sign for everything is very annoying. Not going back ever.

Gorgeous location and beautiful hotel. Staff are excellent and the beach is very nice. Pool is excellent. Food is OK...but what you would expect @ an All Inclusive so no complaints. Very reasonable price too. Not much to do at the hotel and the excursions are OK...whale watching, beaches, buggies etc. If you want peace and quiet it is a great choice.

The service received from Rosa was terrible, I had to call ******* to get assistance with computer charger I left in my room.

Ocean views from the balcony but i need to pay for lunch apart of the price that itnis a ripped off.

I love the staff, Mainly Hiandra, Alejandro, Jose, Elianna, the cute little bartender that made sure we got booked properly for our lobster supper and Rosa ( she saved me from a near meltdown when I arrived late the first night and she told me ******* had cancelled my reservation) she was calm cool, collected and kind the entire time! I knew she really cared. I also have to give major props to Hiandra who has superior customer care skills and also made sure I was always were taken care of and on more than one occasion made a real difference in my stay. My only complaint is that I thought the resort was all inclusive and it was not as advertised on *******, the entertainment was amazing three years ago and it was very much lacking! I love the resort and find it quite homely!

Staffs are amazing! Very detailed. The manager Hiandra was extremely helpful and informative with our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the view from our balcony was breathtaking and therapeutic. The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, it was hard to sleep. Food was ok, the days we we were there the resort was NOT all inclusive, which is probably why the selection of food was limited and not so fresh. Also no ice cream was ever offered but I have to say the cappuccino was the best there. Fernado the bartender was attentive and made delicious drinks. Iam looking forward to coming back again.

Staff was wonderful, specially Hiandra at the reception desk. My friend had a birthday and she went above and beyond in order to make the oca ion very special.

The entire staff is warm and very attentive. The views are amazing, there are so many places to relax in utter luxury. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few). If you’re looking for a treat, this is it.
