樓店在老城區的核心位置，樓下就是老城商業街。酒店是老建築，有電梯。特別是酒店的服務員，特別熱情，服務細緻，值得稱讚！酒店的設施設備非常好，房間乾淨衞生。來薩爾茨堡旅遊，這家酒店是非常好的選擇。

Service was fabulous. Location in center of old town. Breakfast is great. Best orange juice ever! Dinner is also wonderful. It’s a magical place. Go see the fortresses and enjoy the all this city offers. We had a suite which was nice overlooking the street.

One of the most perfect stay ever! We arrived around 3pm to two glasses of sparkling wine, what a great welcome. We booked the junior suite on fourth floor and it was absolutely amazing. The lady of the house is absolutely friendly, lots of recommendations when it comes to sightseeing, places to visit, cafes and restaurants. We love her story telling and always with a smile! We were given a voucher for the car park (follow their parking instructions, it is perfect) so no drama there as well. Salzburg is a great city to walk around, and as a base to visit Halstatt & St Wolfgang and this is the best hotel for this purpose.

Very nice experience with Ulrika as our host. Room was uniquely decorated, with great bathroom and rain shower. Breakfast continental style plus eggs to order. Everything tasty. All sorts of drink choices including good cappuccino. They are leaving Hyatt small hotels in May. Too bad.

The very best experience, especially as the last stop on our journey. Starting from check-in, the hosts were very gracious with our very late check in and made us feel so welcome. The room is very chic and comfortable. But my favorite part was the breakfast! It's so wonderful and sets the day right from the get go. The service was impeccable, warm and very friendly. Honestly, I felt like I was staying at a friend's house! We also had dinner one of the nights in the restaurant and it was delicious and fun- very warm and enjoyable ambiance. We had enough options as a vegetarian as well. The location is also fantastic- right in the middle of the old city- great for walking around and enjoying the shops in the neighborhood, as well as very close to all touristic spots. I highly recommend this hotel and 10/10 would come again!

We spent just one night here before flying home from Salzburg, a sudden change of plans due to snow chaos at the Munich airport. Detailed instructions were sent in an email about how best to approach the hotel, which is in a pedestrian-only zone in the heart of the Altstadt. This is pretty unavoidable if you want to stay in the midst of everything, but taxis still have access to the end of Goldgasse even when the Christmas market is in full swing. I loved this hotel, and we intend to book for our next, longer visit to Salzburg because Ulrike was a delight, the junior suite (10) was spacious and well-appointed (with a huge and comfortable bed), the breakfast étagère was superb, and the location is unbeatable. Everything is close to you here, you can explore the whole of the city with this as your base and Ulrike is very helpful, marking things on the map for you and offering astute recommendations.

We visited for my 70th birthday after reading all the positive reviews about the hotel and Ulrike. Anyone who is thinking of going should go ahead straight away. The personal welcome we received together with the attention given to us on my birthday was the best I have experienced in any hotel. We stayed in a junior suite which was very homely. Thanks for a memorable two nights!

Went to this hotel on a recommendation & was certainly not disappointed!!! We were met by Ulrike who welcomed us like long lost family !! A glass of bubbles as we arrived was a lovely touch. The room ( no43) was perfect , loved the quirky decor & it had everything you could possibly need for a short stay , even complimentary mini fridge for the 1st night . The situation of the hotel in the old part of Salzburg was fantastic, a short walk to all the major attractions & the new town was also a short walk of 15 mins . We ate in the restaurant on the Friday evening ( would suggest you book ) & the food was incredible. Would definitely return to Goldgasse . Thank you for super relaxing time .
