빌라 노보 비치 스위트(Village Novo Beach Suites)

Wow. I stayed in at least 15 hotels in Salvador before- but i never had this great price for value stay before. First, the location is stunning. Probably the best in Salvador. But secondly, the owner here is on top of it. The way how this property is renovated, with love and details, is just amazing. I even faced a challenge with the internet, but she did everything to solve and went out of her way to make me happy. So thats why i even decided to stay two more nights. I highly highly recommend this place. Because if someone puts this effort not only into renovating such a beautiful place, but making sure that everyone leaves satisfied, i really like to support it, too!!! Thank you very much!!!

If you have a traveling to Salvador, Brazil this is a Definitely must STAY!!

What an homey environment. Unbelievable staff. Chris and Bryan were there for my every request! Unbelievable beach vibe & views. Had the pleasure of staying through new years! Truly recommend to friends! Forever memories were made here!

If you want to stay at a unique vintage property and have easy access to the beach and good restaurants this is your hotel.

We had a small set back on our room but staff resolved it instantly. The view was great & having breakfast in the garden was pleasant!

Before booking I read a lot of reviews in different websites and thought I was going to have a good time like most of the reviews describe. Unfortunately that was not the case. The only highlight was the reception - when we arrived the host was very nice and kind. The first disappointment was the room size. When I booked it was labeled “Basic room”. It should have been labeled “extremely small room”. The room barely had space for two people, and no space to open the luggage. It was a bed, with like a foot and a half around it. It had the amenities described but wasn’t comfortable at all. The window opens to a corridor, so you can never have it open. The bathroom had no hot water - which after a very long day I needed. The room was very hot and it had ac, but no extra blankets, so you’re either cold because of the ac or hot without it. The host when asked about extra blankets said there were none and they could not provide extra sheets even if we paid. After some insistence they provided us one extra bed sheet. The worst was the way they talked to my husband. They said if we were cold we could turn off the AC. On top of it all the room was dirty, with a very dusty floor you could not barefoot on. Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Não pode ser chamado de hotel, o padrão mais parece um HOSTEL. O que vale apena é a localização que é ótima! Mas o atendimento não é nada simpático, só tem 1 atendente que deve ser a dona e vi que realmente não faz muita questão de ser simpática..rs e as instalações são um tanto ruins porque o prédio é antigo, apesar de se ver que foi reformado para virar hospedagem, os quartos são fechados e escuros, só possuem uma janela para o corredor, isso quando a suíte tem janela. O ponto mais positivo é somente a localização que realmente é excelente!

Atendimento excelente da Cristiane e seu marido Bryan. Por favor se hospedem, que hotel maravilhoso e o melhor de frente pro mar no Porto Barra. Voltaremos mais vezes.
